 + -1 moreMonday morning I phone ordered a dozen red roses to be delivered on Wednesday to my wife at home in Camillus, NY, for her birthday. I called my wife at 3:00PM to get her reaction to the surprise roses. They had not yet been delivered. She called me back later stating that eight wilted yellow roses were delivered after 3:00 PM Wednesday afternoon. I called Flowers Down Under and complained about the quality and quantity of the roses delivered and was cursed at by the customer service rep. My wife informed me that evening, that someone came by my house, after my call and took back the flowers from her! What a great birthday surprise for my wife!
Description of Work: While away on business, I telephoned Flowers Down Under, Camillus, NY and ordered a dozen red roses to be delivered in two days on my wife's birthday.
