+ -1 moreEverything went very well. The crew was punctual courteous and all work was completed on a timely basis. We started using them several years ago after our old septic tank collapsed. I picked them out of the phone book and definitely lucked out. I called at 1 o'clock in the afternoon and they were in our driveway with a new concrete tank at 7:30 the next morning!. By noon they were all done, had cleaned up the site, and we were very pleased.They are our go to guys for any plumbing issue.
Description of Work: On this visit Anthony and his crew replaced a basement sump pump and we had our septic tank pumped.

+ -1 moreI have used Drain Masters LLC a few years and he was very thorough and very good in terms of his demeanor and personality. The first time I dealt with him, he was very new in business and his prices were very reasonable and that is why I started using him. The last time he came, his charges were a little more but they weren't exorbitant. He was really nice and his availability was very good and he would always get back to me the same day or the next day. He was extremely courteous and if he got late for his appointment, he would call me and inform me about his delay which was very good for me.
Description of Work: I used Drain Masters LLC. He took out my half bath toilet and redid the seal ring.
