We were very pleased. The workers were on time, did a great job on the installation, and were easy to talk to/ask questions of. The owner, Doug, is very personable. He took over the business from his dad. We checked online plus word of mouth from friends who used Doug, and all results were positive.

Doug was very responsive with emails. The technician (Tom) was on time and professional, and did an excellent job.

Doug is fantastic! Came out within a day, diagnosed and repaired the problem which involved 2 GFI's and our dishwasher. Very reasonable, courteous and professional service. Highly recommended!!

Doug arrived exactly at the time scheduled. He covered our foyer floor with a sheet to access the basement stairs without causing dirt or damage. The work was completed in a timely manner. A quality job.

Doug and his team researched a problem with my pool pump, and returned a 2nd time at no cost to straighten out the system. They were prompt, professional, and did an excellent job.

Doug was very professional and accommodating from the start. We walked through the house and discussed the plan for the job. I mentioned additional things that I might want to be completed and he included these in the estimate with no pressure to add additional jobs. He was ok with me buying the ceiling fan and bathroom fan to help save on cost. In addition, he gave me lots of information on different brands and performance specs that I should look for in each product. On the day of the job, he showed up on time and called ahead when he was on his way. He showed up with a small crew and got straight to work. They were very mindful of keeping the place clean by laying down tarps where ever they were working. Also, they were great with my two dogs, one being a German Sheppard puppy. When the job was done, he walked me through the work, and even made sure that National Grid came out to change my out of date connection. Finally, he and his team were done 3 hours early! Overall, I my experience was great. As a first time home buyer, Doug and his team were a great way for someone who has never worked with contractors before to start off with updating an older house. I have suggested him to others and have plans for him to complete additional work in the future.

Prompt and punctual: Responded to my request for estimate; estimate provided; work date established; work completed; cost as agreed. Work site was cleaned, and clear explanation to me about how to use outlet/breaker.

The 3 workers, including the owner, arrived on time. Doug went over the plans in the estimate with the owner to confirm. The work was completed by mid afternoon. The work area was left clean. All of the workmen were diligent and polite. The work was done as promised.
