+ -1 morePete Grass came and measured and stated the roof was27 squares and the price to remove old and replace would be $15,000. The next day he called back to say he made an error and that the price would be $10 to 12,000. I have received 3 other estimates, ALL thousands below his last estimate! Two of the estimates were from companies that have been in the roofing business for many years. I have since signed a contract with one of them. I am 70 years old and know a hustler when I see one.
