They are ok. The price was very high. They did not do a excellent job, but charge for an excellent job. I had to sand myself.

They have a wonderful team of people who did a great job, from the initial contact, through the install of our counters. My first contact was with CJ, who patiently answered questions and more questions. They were happy to give me a reference list and I did talk to four people who all had extremely flattering things to say about the company. I stayed home to watch the installation. A lot of care and precision went into that part. Mike and Matt treated my kitchen as carefully as they would have their own and I am absolutely delighted with the finished counters. They were pleasant to have around, and I really appreciated their willingness to stay at my house until after 8:00 p.m. in order to finish so tile people could begin the back splash the next day. They worked really hard all day and I know they were exhausted, but they were pleasant and good-natured until the very end. They even did a great job cleaning up after themselves.

This business is family owned and they do excellent work. They came on time and they did what they said they would do. They have 2 styles of soap stone to choose from. They were knowledgeable and showed professionalism.

These folks are very pleasant. We were pleased with the way the workers behaved in our home. Unfortunately, within hours of them pulling out of our driveway we noticed the back-splash didn't line up at the seams. I began calling the next day only to keep getting put off. Finally we tracked them down at the Boston Home Show. Again, very nice people, full of apologies and a promise to come by to fix the problem as well as an offer to send some complimentary mineral oil. Well, the oil arrived but STILL I can't seem to get them to come fix their work. Finally it was explained to me that I should email photos along with the dimensions so that they could create a template (mind you, these fools fabricate on-site). Well, I sent photos along with dimensions and STILL haven't been able to get a satisfactory response. One last thing to note, it wasn't until the stone arrived that we learned that we weren't getting the soft grey stone featured on their site, that I was told would cost extra!
