Pete and his crew were on time and did an excellent job of cutting down trees that were very close to my house. I highly recommend them for tree service.

During this Northeaster last week when Albany got 2 feet of snow a tree took down my power lines. D&P Property management were the only one who called me back. They made the trip from Warrensburg in all that snow to help me!! Let me tell you this downed tree in all that deep snow was no easy feat to get to, cut up and drag out!! I was and still am very impressed with their confidence, skill, experience,knowledge,integrity,professionalism. They did what I asked trimming extra potential branches that could snap off in the future. They climbed 40 feet to do this. They hauled all debis away. I feel like they gave me a fair price and really came to the rescue when no one else would. I recommend them highly!

Peter responded promptly to the quote request. He made an appointment to review the anticipated work. He provided a reasonable price and set a date to do the work. He and his crew appeared as planned. I have to say it was fascinating to watch them scale and methodically cut down a large tree. They came back and finished the job as promised. They cleaned up after. I am very thankful for a Peter’s attention to detail and the crew’s service. I would definitely use again and recommend.

D&P Property Management were hired to remove a large tree and a limb from another tree. Peter and his crew arrived on time and got to work immediately. The crew did an excellent job and were courteous of my neighbors. I would definitely hire D&P Property Management again for other jobs.

Peter was prompt in any and all correspondence. He and his crew were here when they said they d be. It was a very cold and windy day but they worked efficiently and completed the tree cutting and trimming be the end of the afternoon. Price was very reasonable as well.

Instead of using crane for tall tree cutting, they did it by climbing. The cost is about half of those contractors who need to rent cranes.

Provided the best price for the job. Arrived at the scheduled time to do the work. Completed the tree removal and cleanup quickly and efficiently even though the weather conditions were not optimal due to a light rain. All members of his work crew were polite and courteous. Would use this company again if needed, and would recommend this company to friends and relatives.
