Wow! I was blown away by Mario's expertise with this replacement of an old communicating thermostat with a new WiFi Emerson Sensi smart thermostat to control both heat and AC. This was not a simple replacement as the 2 technologies are markedly different so it was far from just removing the old and putting in the new. I looked at doing it myself. I looked for relevant YouTube videos and found none for a conversion from communicating to WiFi technologies such as this and soon realized I needed a knowledgeable PRO. A through knowledge of how both these different systems work and the difference in the wiring procedures was required. Mario possessed just such qualities. JAH BLESS HVAC is now on my speed dial for all my HVAC needs. I vetted other contractors over the phone and Mario was the only one who displayed a through understanding of what I was asking. Mario asked all the right questions and had all the right answers.Thank You Mario!

Mario was extremely professional and curious. I am very busy most of the time and he would send me text messages and follow up with me, which I appreciated. I of course waited till the last minute and he still was kind enough to come the same evening and get the job done! He knows what heâ s doing and very efficient. If I ever need anything for my boiler or heating, heâ s my guy!

The service man was very enthusiastic, friendly, and knowledgeable. I had total confidence in his ability to program the thermostat and his understanding of the system. He spent as much time as it took to answer my questions and help me understand how the unit worked. He also had good communication and arrived at the time he specified, and was prompt to make time for my need of service as soon as possible.

Jah Bless HVAC/R Inc is a very professional company that takes pride in what they do. From day one, Mario was always prompt and respectful of our time; he showed up early for our appointment but waited patiently until the designated meeting time. When he inspected our heater, he took the time to explain what was happening and why. Turns out that we needed a new heating unit; we were presented with all available options, allowing us to make an informed decision. On the day of installation, the Jah Bless crew showed up on-time, and took the extra step of putting down heavy-duty drop cloths along their path to ensure that there was no damage to tiles or hardwood floors (again, the mark of a true professional). The work was projected to take two days, but the team pushed through and finished ahead of schedule. All in all, a truly pleasurable experience to deal with a company of this caliber, and I would highly recommend Jah Bless HVAC/R Inc to my family and friends.

Was able to come on the same day we called! Another "name" company told us twice they would call back and never did, this would have left us in the 100 degree heat for four days since our unit broke down on a Thursday night. Marrio got us up and running again within hours. Fixed the problem and checked out entire system without trying to "sell" us a new system because it was 15 years old. In fact Marrio told us that out system was in great condition and had plenty of life left. Charge was reasonable. Great experience and would highly recommend this company..

Honest work. Prompt. Came on a Saturday evening to diagnose the problem which was misdiagnosed by another. The coil would have cost me $2000 with replacement and labor. Mario used his experience and gauges to check my compressor and system needed a cleanup. $550 guaranteed work. My air conditioner was working in less than an hour! 15 years experience without trying to sell a job that wasnâ t needed.
