Pros: Mario came as promised the day he called. I liked that he kept me updated as to his arrival. He was very professional and went straight to seeing my heating issue. Unfortunately he couldnâ t get the part needed to fix it so I had to wait the next day. The next day he texted to let me know what was going on which I appreciated. Cons: The total cost seem high. It wasnâ t a complicated job to replace my igniter. I was grateful that my heat was fixed but I was left feeling like I was overcharged. But since he started the job, if I didnâ t let him finish I would have been charged for his time and getting the part. So I had mixed feelings about this company. He fixed my heat but it was pricey. Other reviews claimed his charge was modest but I didnâ t seem to see this for my situation.

Efficient, prompt and professional

He was very prompt in an emergency. He did an excellent job and would recommend his services to all my friends. He help fix an issue that I had for a while including the issue I called him for. Will use him again.

Mario was on time and his work was very professional. He explained the problem and what he was doing. I would recommend him to others and also hire him when I have another project.

Marrio Guthrie of Jah Bless HVAC/R Inc just did excellent work for us. He was able to come to our house very quickly, identify the problems with our boiler very quickly, and fix it within a day. He was also able to treat a separate leaky issues that was found on the spot and showed us how it can be fixed step by step. He is very friendly, patient, and willing to share knowledge on equipment maintenance. We are extremely satisfied with his work and would recommend without reservations to anyone looking to repair HVAC/R in their homes.

I now understand why Jah Bless have such high ratings!! Because it is truly well-deserved! This pro reached out to me once I had submitted a request through Home Advisors on the first Sunday of the New Year to fix a boiler/furnace that wasn't working. He was on another job in Brooklyn and within about 2 hours he was able to fix my furnace in Queens and at a fair and reasonable cost! To my surprise, he even reached out to me the next morning to make sure that everything is well with the boiler! Awesome customer experience! This pro comes highly recommended! Mario arrived on time, listened to my problem with concern, and promptly moved to repair the problem explaining every step as he repaired the thermostat as well as another situation which arose in the furnace. He made sure that everything worked properly before he left as he double checked to a point that satisfied both of us.. I plan to use his services again when necessary.

This company I certainly would recommend. The person that serviced my boiler was very knowledgeable and walked me through what he needed to do. He has to pick up a part for my job and when I told him I had an appointment and if he could he come later the next day all I had to do was tell him my appointment was finished and he came within a half an hour. We purchased a new home. The baseboard heating was not working properly. I contacted Mr. Mario with Jah Bless Heating & Cooling. He came out the next day, assessed the problem, made the repair and now my house is warm & toastee. Mr. Mario's customer service was great and his pricing fair.
