Marrio was very personable, professional and very patient. Spent an exorbitant time making sure that everything that was needed was done properly and efficiently . Treated my home with the same care that he would do for his own . I was very satisfied with this company and would recommend him to many a person.

My heating went out due to a botched thermostat installation . Mario came in on very short notice and fixed everything ( including blown fuses in blower unit ) and installed 3 WiFi thermostats - would definitely hire again

Would definitely hire again. Mario and his cousin are good guys and I felt comfortable with them in my home. They did double shifts to get my work done since it is cold and I was without heat. Took two visits, with the first one being for diagnosis. They needed to require two zones in my house to accommodate 24v and add a C wire so I could use a smart thermostat. The need for the work was because an electrician tried to run a thermostat on two different voltages, which blew the thermostat.

He came to my home on Saturday 11.27.21 To repair my gasfurnace. Except he didnâ t have the parts to fix the furnace nor did he know where to find them. He made me pay $280.00 for a part that cost $80.00 to top it off he charged me $180. And refused to come back to install it after I purchased the part. I now have to pay another technician to do another diagnosis And installed the parts. He refused to come even though it snowed and he knew I had my three kids in the cold house. He left me and my three kids without heat . Pls ck credentials before hiring.

They were the only ones who came through to help me with my thermostat install.

We had trouble lighting our natural gas boiler about a month after we suffered flash flooding due to hurricane Ida's heavy rain. The unit's electricity turns on, but the gas was not lighting despite clearly hearing the sparks. I called Mario who was kind from the start, and scheduled an appointment to check the boiler. Mario worked backwards through his checks: the gas valve, each of the wires, the pilot igniter and pilot gas hose. He showed us the gas valve had corrosion and water in it and had to be replaced. He then vacuumed the gas pipes to remove excess water, and installed a new valve; however, after a test, the gas would not turn on. He checked the wires and voltage was proper. He checked the igniter pilot, and discovered the flame was not lighting - gas was not reaching the pilot; the pilot gas hose had to be unclogged. Once he did that, the unit started working again! Mario was very detailed and patient in his approach. He has been pretty honest and kind, and it shows through his work. He made sure to test the boiler works properly with different thermostat settings, and also checked the heat radiators were working and heating the rooms. He made sure we did not spend more than necessary by explaining exactly what need to be replaced and what could be repaired or cleaned to make things work. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended!
