Initially, he was responsive and appeared to take care of the problem. The receipt he gave me after the initial snaking states there is a 6 month guarantee for the work. A month and a half later the basement flooded again. When I called to ask him to come over he became very argumentative and told me it was the city sewer lines backing up and he wasn't responsible. I asked him to come take a look before deciding it wasn't his responsibility. He told me if he came and saw it wasn't a clog I would be assessed a service charge. I pointed out that nowhere in the contract he gave me does it state the guarantee of work includes a possible service charge. He clearly wanted to make it untenable for me to ask him to come back. Really negative experience.
