DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! I cannot stress that enough. The picture below was taken after the counter was "fixed." I hired this company because their web site said that they were expert in granite and marble restoration The owner came to give me an estimate. He told me that it would be more expensive (three times more) if he took the counters to his shop but that he would be able to do a much better job than just polishing and sealing them in my house. The reinstallation of the counter was a horror show. Edges where one block of granite meets the other wore not lined up. The seams were ¼” wide and some frosted material was used to fill them. There is not a full inch of the granite edges where one piece meets the other that is straight. Something they did chewed up those edges. There were additional, large and small chips in the granite, the counter was not lined up with the spot on the wall where there was no paint because the counter had been there, and they used bright white bathroom caulk between the counter and the wall. If that wasn’t bad enough they didn’t put the clips back on the sink that hold it in place. One of the clips was missing and the screw was broken off where the clip was supposed to go. The owner came to fix it and he only put three clips on because there was a broken screw there and the sink was not lined up with the hole in the counter. Instead of sealing the sink between the top rim of the sink and the bottom of the granite he put a ton of caulk around the bottom of the sink. To his credit he did send someone who knew what they were doing to fix the problems and he did as good a job as possible with the damaged granite and he did use the proper materials. Unfortunately when he buffed the counter he removed all of the sealer leaving several light spots and the pitting that I had originally wanted taken care of is now almost as bad as when this all started.
