+ 0 moreShowed up on time. Fixed our boiler within 2.5 hours. Explained everything he was doing. Plus his hourly rate for the call out was comparable to the joker who came out and banged on it and said "it's fine" and left.

+ -1 moreHe had been a great plumber for us for many years Something changed as the last time he came to repair the boiler . He didn't get approval on things and went ahead and just did all this work when we had discussed not to do too much as the boiler was needing to be replaced .. He did all these different fixes on the boiler and charged me $2000.00 and the boiler only lasted 5 months more . I would never work with him again . V

+ -1 moreThey showed up promptly when the pipes first broke, scheduled the repair, did it while we were away, took pictures for insurance purposes, met with insurance provider. Followed up promptly with a small subsequent leak. Doug often does the work himself but both he and his employees are highly professional, informed, and friendly.
Description of Work: Soldered and replaced broken water pipes in walls and ceiling after a winter freeze. Replaced shower head & regulator.
