We have used Polisseni Construction for several major home renovation projects over the past ten years, so there was no question that this would be the contractor we turned to when the current bathroom renovation was needed. As always, their customer service, workmanship, and professionalism on the project were superb. The combined knowledge and experience of the father-and-son team of Al Sr. and Al Jr. proved invaluable from planning through completion of the project. They carefully considered our wants and needs and offered valuable guidance as to various options for construction methods and materials in order to achieve the desired end product. Work did not begin until all materials were ordered and received, and once started, the work continued uninterrupted until the project was done. The Polisseni crew was very respectful of our home, installing plastic sheeting to keep dust from other parts of the house, cleaning up the work site at the end of each day, and removing all debris daily (no dumpsters left on site). Their friendliness and good nature made the entire renovation process enjoyable. We found the finished product to be excellent - both functional and beautiful. Needless to say, we would highly recommend Polisseni Construction to anyone looking to renovate a home.

We had three quotes and although not the cheapest, we decided to go with Polisseni Construction because of the confidence they gave us with their professionalism and straight forwardness. No SB, no false promises, no hidden costs - and they didn't ask for a deposit either. That is so rare, almost unheard of. They arrived on time to estimate what needed to be down, met us on time at the Pella Showroom to select the appropriate style window and arrived on time to install it. . Al Senior, Al Junior and Troy worked cleanly and took time to protect furniture. paintings, carpet etc in their work area. They left with only the trim to paint otherwise you would never know that there had been any new construction in the house. They advertise that 'no job is too small'. Because we were able to see first hand the quality of their work, their professionalism and craftsmanship, we plan to use Polisseni Construction for a larger remodeling project this fall and if that goes well, two other bathroom projects next spring. We have no hesitation recommending Polisseni Construction most highly to our friends. They were first class from start to finish.

Polisseni Construction did a video camera on the waste line to see what was happening. He is a very honest and very reasonable. I would refer him to others.
