are master bathroom and master bedroom flooded , along with are basement , now we need to have the bedroom carpet replaced , we had to throw out our 10 foot christmas tree , 2 rooms of carpeting , 2 kitchen chairs , a samsung t.v. , that was all in my basement , a king size comforter , sheets , pillow cases , at least 8 towels , now we have to put up with the smell , until everything can be replaced and sterilized ...

Everything they have done has gone well.

Barefoot inspected the system and found that we needed to replace the distribution box. The original was 53 years old. The inspector showed me what was wrong, quoted me a price, and agreed to do the work in the next few business days. A few days later they came and replaced the old deteriorated distribution box with a new one. The person doing the work answered all my questions thoroughly. He tested the box by running water through it to make sure that all the leach lines were being fed equally. I was satisfied it was a quality job.

It went great. Prompt and on time. After they wonderfully completed the job I contacted them again to do reseed my lawn after I initially declined that option on the contract. They still honored the original quoted price. This company brought back the equipment to my location with no additional charge. This company was great to work with.

It went very well. They were extremely professional and kept me involved throughout the process. I never felt like I had to check up on them. They kept coming back to me to ensure that everything was the way I liked it. They respected me and my property. They took care not to track any dirt through my house which I really appreciated. I would definitely use this provider again in the future and recommend them to anyone. I noticed no foul language and they were very kind despite the heat that day.

Hired to do septic inspection. First visit said the ground was too saturated to give a good assessment. Said they would pump both tanks and come back in 2 weeks. Could not get lid off one tank and don't have the correct the tools. They pumped what they could out of the smaller inspection hole. Charged me full price to pump two tanks (did not fully pump one tank) and inspection ($175). Came back two weeks later, checked distribution box. Noticed roots in leach lines. Cleaned roots from one line, water started to flow. Didn't know if there was a root problem or something else. Spent the next half hour coming up with excuses for every reason to come back. Didn't offer any options to try and clean the lines or regular maintenance. Then talked to the boss for 15 minutes trying to come up with a plan. Off the phone the plan was anywhere between $200 to $1200. Waited another week for a written estimate. Their answer: $500 to dig up the leach lines and figure out what the system may need. Then they could give me a proper estimate to clean or correct the system. It would be then that they could write up the inspection.ump both tanks and come back in 2 weeks. I think AND they made me feel like there only motive was to try and dazzle me with their bull, and try and drag this on to see how much money we can get out of this guy. I'm sure they do this to many people who try to ask questions and learn. I did it for a different reason. I'm a tool maker, I own my own business and the mechanics of a septic system is not rocket science. I also know that they could make a lot more money by coming up with all the reasons to install a new system, then performing simple maintenance. Unfortunately the simple maintenance and cut the bull would have been a glowing review and recommendations by word of mouth. Now all I can recommend is to find someone else. Someone who cares about the customer and not the bottom line.

They were truly wonderful - managing all the regulations and options, working with the Department of health staff, coming out to dig holes for perk tests, and, in one day, did all the indoor plumbing work (which meant establishing a new main drain out of our basement), installing the new septic tank and leach bed, filling in the old tank and leveling and reseeding our lawn. The had a work crew of ten people with equipment working the entire day! I couldn't recommend them more highly as they were excellent to work with and did a wonderful job! I would hire them again in a flash and wouldn't even seek other bids!

We were both very impressed with their punctuality, their efficiency, and how cordial they were to my mom, who is a senior citizen. They spent time telling her what they had to do and how it went. I do not remember the cost or exact date of service, but I wanted to support their excellent service with this review.

Barefoot Septic is reasonably priced. They were efficient clean and polite. I would recommend highly. Th ey were highly responsive.

I scheduled an appointment for septic tank cleaning and they were able to come the day and time I requested. They arrived promptly. My service person was a pleasure to work with, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We have 2 septic tanks and the first is a very old tank that is huge and easily accessible. On the other tank he had to dig the cover up. Once it was pumped out, he checked and saw it was a 2 compartment tank. He located and dug up the second cover and pumped the second compartment too. We didn't even know there was another cover and compartment. I really appreciated that he took the extra time to do a thorough job. I would highly recommend them.

The whole experience was a hassle, and if they had done a good job in the first place things would have gone much smoother. In the end, though, they came through and reduced the price and got the job done. John Barefoot was a pleasant man to work with, and I never felt that he was trying to do me wrong, I just had to keep on him to get the work done.

Scott Barefoot assessed the project, suggested a plan and worked with the county health department to develop plan and secure permit. He prepared the perk test holes and worked with the health department to ensure that the plan was approved. Once approved, he scheduled the work promptly. The work was completed in one day - a crew completed the outside work while Scott Barefoot worked on the plumbing. We were completely astonished that they could do this much work in that short time frame. The work was exactly as contracted and of excellent quality. We were extremely pleased with the work and this company. We would highly recommend them for any septic or sewer project - wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Happily, Kevin came a day early, on one of the hottest days of the year, dug out access plate and pumped the tank in under an hour all for the reasonable sum of $238. Very nice and polite AND refilled over access plate when he was done. Perfect.

We had interviewed six companies trying to get educated on what to exactly go ahead and do. Barefoot Septic Systems spent lots of time explaining every option. They were very careful around the pine trees and other things in the yard. The price was also a value.

Barefoot Septic Systems was recommended by a friend and I was very pleased. They were able to fix the problem without putting in a new system. We had backing up in our basement and they came immediately. They were very knowledgeable of what needed to be done.
