He did a fantastic job. I did not have high expectations because the carpet was pretty stained and he far exceeded my expectations. It looks great. Will definitely use again.

Excellent professional service though vendor did not initiate contacting customer after payment. That fault laid in the communication channel between Angie's List and the vendor. Would definitely use vendor again.

They do more carpeting, or shower stalls. It was one person, the owner of the company. The family room is 20 by 24, its an large room. It took them 1- 1 1/2, to complete. No problem at all. Very friendly. He is has dogs himself, my dogs love him.

Jeff was prompt and thorough. The carpets have a wonderful clean smell. I will call him in the future to clean our recliner.

This company is never available to talk and doesn't respond to emails in a timely manner. I'm going to cancel this and get my money back. I purchased on 9/12, and have not been able to speak with Jeff once. It's now 10/17. I cannot comment on the quality of service but I would not choose to do business with this company again.

It took a while to coordinate schedules, but the Extreme Clean team performed the requested cleaning very well and in a timely manner. I was very happy with the services provided and the overall value received.

I've been through a number of carpet cleaners over the years, mostly through online deals, and I've had highly variable experiences. I've had the megachain-cleaner with the vacuum in a van, down to the enterprising individual who showed up with what looked like a department-store rental cleaner. When it comes to carpet cleaning, mileages definitely vary. Extreme Clean was a pleasant surprise. He has a professional-grade machine, but it does enter your house. More importantly, he uses it conscientiously. He went over the carpeted stairs in detail. He wasn't rushed to get to his next appointment. Problem spots were points of concentration, and he gave advice for the few that he couldn't remove (which have been there for years; no one can remove them). The carpets were, in a word, clean at the end of it all. If there is one warning, it's in the scheduling; make your reservation well ahead of time, because you'll have to. Rates seem reasonable; moreover, the rate I received through Angie's List is the same he will quote me in the future, or so he says. I will be doing business with him again; no more shopping around.

We had a coupon for $49 for 3 rooms, and called Jeff to make an appointment. I left a message and my call was returned the next day. When he arrived, Jeff was very professional and explained his method of cleaning and also gave us some tips along with way to keep the carpet clean. We added several rooms, which he did for a VERY reasonable price. By the time he was done, our carpet looked brand new! We are going to follow-up in a few months for a second cleaning for rooms we did not have done on that day. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business and have passed this word along to friends and family. You will not be disappointed!

Jeff is exceptionally friendly and professional. He had a cancellation so he called and asked if he could come early - which I was thrilled about. He and his assistant were fast and efficient. When I called to schedule originally (I had purchased a voucher from Get My Perks) I only thought I would have two rooms, when he got here I asked about other rooms and an area rug - all of which he said were no problem. The price was reasonable $49 for the voucher and $75 for the extra rooms and rug. When I called to schedule originally I left a voicemail and had a call back within 24 hours. I also got a reminder call.

I got a voucher from Amazon for their services and left 4 messages for them so that I could schedule. Amazon also tried to get them to respond but did not hear back. If they want to put out deals, they should honour them. Based on their excellent reputation, I purchased the deal but was never able to redeem it. So I have no idea if they are good...perhaps only if you pay full price, which is fine, but then they shouldn't offer a deal.

It went very well - overall.

Scheduling was easy with good communications. We were offered suggestions on what needed to be moved and items they would rather leave in place (eg: large pieces and those containing electronics). Received confirmation calls the night before and an hour or so before arrival. Services were performed promptly with consideration given to areas that needed special attention. Owner and his son were easy to work with and did a good job cleaning up before leaving the property. Upon completion most carpets were wetter than expected and took 24-36 hours to fully dry. Some upholstered furnishings with concealed hardwood wood legs leached stain onto the damp carpet. The owner identified most of these during cleaning and placed plastic bags on the legs. Unfortunately, one bag fell off and another item which at first appeared to have insoluble stain slowly transferred color to the damp carpet. Most of the permanent staining is in hidden areas and we plan to replace those carpets in a few years. All of the furnishings that leached were purchased from Stickley in the early 90s; I suspect a supplier issue as the owner mentioned such bleeding is quite unusual. I do not hold Extreme Clean accountable as they made reasonable efforts to identify and prevent staining before it occurred.

The first time they arrived for my cleaning service, there was a mix-up on my part, and we were not home to open the door. We re-scheduled, expecting a trip charge or some kind of penalty for our mistake, but everyone we talked to was very gracious. The cleaning was rescheduled and they made the carpets look new. The pet odors were neutralized with a special spray. I was very happy with the service provided

I bought a group-on for $80 to clean three rooms. The rooms are not big and Jeff Latham (owner) included the hallway. I asked for the stairway to be done, which he did for $30. He did an excellent job and removed stains that I did not think would come out. He was very professional and moved furniture to make sure all of the carpet was cleaned. I was very happy with his job and will be sure to call him in the future.
