Derrick and his guys were prompt, arriving early in the morning and staying until the job was done. They were communicative, explaining what they were doing and when. Derrick answered phone calls promptly. At one point, his guys forgot to close a circuit, resulting in our oven not working. Derrick had to spend a few more hours figuring out the problem, but he never complained about the hassle (within my hearing, at least). We enjoyed him and would employ him again.

I was not completely pleased with the quality. I noticed where they tried to cut corners and wired things in the wrong place just to make it easier. I noticed this and told him I wanted things changed and re-wired the correct way. He did make the changes, but I was not pleased that he didn't put quality first. The wires were not all run straight, but by far not the best electrical work I've ever seen. He did not do anything extra or special...just very basic. We wanted to use another electrician for the house, but our 1st choice was booked and couldn't do the work. The electric works, but I would not say the quality is top notch. They made excuses by saying it "was easier to wire it over there because it would take less time" even though it looked terrible that far away and would not be user friendly. The electric works, but I thought it could have been better. I admit that I'm very particular, but I guess I had higher quality expectations.
