+ -1 moreNo story to tell. I have no idea why Angies List asked me about The Building Connection. I've never used them. I have never even heard of them. Shape up, Angie, please. We all need you, but more efficiency on your part would help.

+ 3 moreThe job went great! The windows were installed very quickly so that even though it was winter we were not cold during the transition. The work area was very clean when he was finished for the day. The siding was a bit more difficult due to the snow but again his team managed to install the siding with minimal disruption to our daily lives. His communication was great and he was very prompt and easy to work with. It did not feel like we were living in construction.
Description of Work: Completely removed old windows and installed 5 new Pella windows (not just replacements). Installed trim and sills to match the addition area of the house. Because they were full replacement windows we had the front of the house re-sided and windows re-trimmed. He also installed tile in our newly renovated basement room.

+ 5 moreThis was a great experience. Everything went exactly as planned and as described by the general contractor. Both the general contractor and the sub-contractors he employed were efficient and professional. They came when they said they would, worked efficiently, cleaned up after their work and in general did really class work. Not only was the work done, it was done to a very high standard of craftsmanship. In short, I can't find anything the criticize or complain about.
Description of Work: Construction of house addition: 18'x20' great room with full bathroom and vaulted ceiling. Work included excavation of basement, cinder block foundation walls and concrete floor, framing, insulation, vinyl siding, sheet rocking, bathroom plumbing and installation of fixtures, painting, tiling bathroom floor and installing hardwood room floor. In short, everything from start to finish was either done by, or supervised by the general contractor.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY NEAT, THEY DIDN'T MAKE A MESS IN THE YARD. THE PEOPLE WERE ON TIME AND THEY WERE FINISHED BY THE TIME WE NEEDED THEM TO BE. I WAS VERY SATISFIED OVERALL WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE.
Description of Work: THEY POURED A PARTIAL BASEMENT FOR AN ADDITION.
