From our first meeting with Chris Pena to final installation, everything was perfect. We went to their showroom and Chris explained our options with a variety of pricepoints, pointing out the features and benifits of each one. We chose a door that best fit our needs based on aesthetics,funtionality and price. It was a special order door and the time estimate was as promised. Installation was done quickly, neatly and professionally. I would highly recommend this company and I will definately use them again.

We visited RM Pena because they were in the vicinity. The reason we bought from Pena was because we liked the windows that they offer. (I had spent a good deal of time researching replacement windows, learned what to look for, and liked what I saw when I saw them in person). The fact that the window company had a rebate offer if we bought before the end of June, and that Pena matched that rebate helped to make these windows a little more affordable for us. Rob Fish, the salesperson we dealt with, was very informative and helpful throughout the process. He came once and took informal measurements for our estimate and then came again with an expert measurer to get more precise measurements once we decided to go with Pena. The windows came well within the 6 week waiting time we were given (it was more like 4 weeks), and the crew showed up bright and early one day and finished installation within that day. The crew was very professional and worked together like a well-oiled machine. They clearly knew what they were doing. They were even kind enough to help reinstall some of my blinds after they were finished window installation (as I had had a problem taking them down before they came)! They also showed me how the windows work. Rob checked in on things several times during installation day and made sure that the day ran smoothly. We had to adjust where our window air conditioners would go as our bedroom A/C unit no longer fit in that (rather small) window. Luckily, we could switch the window units around and things worked out. The installers left the place spotless. The new windows look great... we had worried about what they were going to look like in place of our old wooden windows, but they look really nice. Very relieved. We also are looking forward to saving on heating expenses this winter. All of our interactions with the folks at Pena were very pleasant. They even made a follow up call to thank us for our business. Who does that these days? Pena does. We would definitely use them again.

I was interested in replacing my windows as they were not energy efficient. I had 3 different estimates. R.M. Pena was the lowest, Huff n Puff was double the amount of Pena. Champion was in the middle. I wanted good quality windows and as far as I could tell, they all were energy efficient and looked good. I choose RM Pena because of quality, the price and because they were a local company. One of the owners also came over during the installation to check on the progress. I was very pleased with the work and dealing with RM Pena. Rob, the salesman, was not pushy and was very informative about the product. I would highly recommend them to my friends/family.

They are very professional. They were perfect. They replaced the windows. They were very good.

It was a positive experience. The work was professional and they were easy to work with. They did what they said they would do and always showed up on time. The product seems to be holding up very nicely.

The overall experience was excellent. Rob Marotta, the sales representative, was thorough and answered all questions. Tom Fraley followed up a few days later for precise measurements to place the order. Delivery and installation was on schedule. The installing technician, Hugo Rhoades, was well experienced and proficient, making sure we were satisfied with his work and the operating features of the units. One casement pane came with a scratch and, sight unseen, the office ordered a replacement which is yet to be installed. We were impressed that Robert Pena, corporate president, visited during the installation to be sure we were happy with the job and thank us for doing business with his company.

I have been replacing windows a little at time over quite a few years. The work they did was excellent and the quality of their windows are much better than others I have seen, especially those in big box stores or even well known brands like Pella. I have also used them for blow in insulation which they did for a very reasonable price and helped a great deal. My house hardly had any insulation. When two of the windows showed signs of condensation the salesman immediately ordered new windows and came back and put them right in as soon as he got them. Even though it was only half the window, they ordered a complete window and I have the other parts just in case the 2 tops fail (it hasn't).My ONLY complaint was using them for gutters. They contracted out for this service and their contractor did a poor job. I had to have them come back twice but I think they rushed thru the job and did not had them properly. Pena specializes in windows, doors, siding, and insulation and that is what I would stick to in using them. On those projects they do the work themselves.

I paid up front and I expected sufficient work. The door still does not close proplerly.

They were fabulous. Their work was outstanding, they were here when they said they'd be and they finished when they said they would finish.

They do excellent work and they have a great reputation but their prices are really high. They were very professional and did an excellent job. You get what you pay for. I guess I could have shopped around but they did a very good job so I can't complain.

Given the complications of a short amount of time for the job to be done and that the manufacturer initially delivered the wrong window, all went well.

All went exceptionally well with one small hiccup--when that was brought to the company's attention, they responded swiftly and appropriately.

We are very satisfied with their service. We had done business with them many years ago and we had them back because they do good service. They have been in business for a long time and they have a good reputation. The price is higher but the product is better; you get what you pay for. They are really professional.

We liked everything about them. They were highly professional and reasonably priced. Their staff and crew are very professional. I watched them work and they double checked to make sure things were right after they did it.

Received at business--which was posher than expected--courteously. He took my concerns about fitting a short new door to a tall old opening seriously and helped us choose the transom. Was forever getting started because door was on backorder for over a month. Once it arrived, work was completed within two days in just one morning. Old stained woodwork from around the door was removed and replaced without sustaining visible damage. Left the work area immaculate and me nothing to patch up.

I WOULD SAY THAT THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE. THEY ARE ALSO VERY TIMELY AND GET THE WORK DONE ON TIME. THAT'S WHY THEY ARE COMING BACK TO INSTALL TWO WINDOWS.

THE WINDOWS WERE COMPLETED ON TIME. WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THAT PORTION OF THE JOB. OVERALL I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF RESPONSIVENESS AND THE DELAY IN GETTING THE JOB COMPLETED.

I THINK THEY LACK SOME ATTENTION TO DETAIL. THEY LEFT GLUE STICKING ON THE WALLS, THEY RIPPED OFF SOME OF THE SHEET ROCK AND THEY USED WOOD TRIM THAT HAD MARKS ON IT THAT WERE HARD TO COVER WITH PAINT. THEY SEEMED TO CARE MORE ABOUT THEIR BOTTOM LINE THAN THEIR CUSTOMER.

I WAS DISSATISFIED WITH THE COMPLETION OF THE WORK. THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE IT DONE BY THE END OF THE WEEK AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT DONE. IT'S BEEN ABOUT TEN MONTHS NOW AND THE WORK ISN'T COMPLETED IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS GOOD. THE MATERIALS ARE GOOD. THE PUNCTUALITY WAS DISSATISFYING.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND COURTEOUS. THE WORKERS WERE ON TIME. THEY MADE SURE THE HOUSE WAS CLEAN. THE BOSS EVEN SHOWED UP TO CHECK THE WORK OUT.
