Did an excellent job, the windows were excellent, the price was great. The workers were really fun and I enjoyed having them here in my house. Their store is family owned and they are all so nice. Everything about them is excellent.

I could not have contracted to a better contractor. Met all spec requirements. Window /door quality is outstanding. Job was done in a timely manner. Always on time and cleaned up as requires. I would definitely use Pena again if I have a renovating need.

chris Pena is really low key and helpful. his quote and explanation of the process was very detailed and accurate. the guys doing the install were pleasant and thorough. the sunrise windows are very nice. my favorites are the casement and the invent slider. customer service for rm Pena is exceptional and the windows are considered the gold standard in the industry. their prices were only slightly higher than the builder grade alside windows several other companies work with. i feel it was a very good value. i had a user error while cleaning my double hung and within days of calling; chris stopped by to help. he showed me how to fix my goof and gave me tips on taking the screens out.

We researched our options and decided that we did not want to replace our 30 year-old wood windows with wood again because of the maintenance and cost factors. Sunrise Restoration has an excellent warranty and options that suited our needs. We chose R M Pena because of the reviews and because they install Sunrise windows. Our experience with this company from the beginning was outstanding. The showroom was very pleasant and T J, one of the salesmen was thorough, patient and professional. We did not feel pressured or intimidated in our discussions with him. The windows were installed in about 6 weeks, and T J scheduled the installation around our travel needs. I was very wary about the project, thinking that it would be very messy and disruptive, but it only took one and a half days. The crew was very clean and professional throughout the whole process. Mr. Pena and T J both arrived the first morning to be sure we were satisfied with the color that we chose and the windows themselves. I was so pleased to see that they matched our inside wood trim perfectly, and it was very hard to see that the windows were vinyl. Once the job was completed, T J returned to be sure that we were completely satisfied. We had some minor issues, which were resolved immediately. These windows are a pleasure to have - easy to open and close and easy to clean. There is a lot of visual space, and they look just like wood. I would recommend anyone looking to replace windows to consider R M Pena and Sunrise Restoration windows. The windows are excellent and R M Pena is a very professional, reliable company to work with.

The whole experience went very well from start to finish. Was very informative with the initial quote, delivered product and service on promised date. Installation crew was very pleasurable and very neat. Did a great job cleaning up afterward.

it went perfect except for the rain. the rain took a couple of days away from working. when they left our property you would of never knew they were here.

Very easy to have a meeting with the salesperson. Generally quick to reply. Very accommodating with meeting and installation times. The windows were pretty pricey, but Tim and Tom were great at their work, and the windows were noticeably warmer than the old ones as soon as they were in the room . The only issue we had was after the windows were ordered they were supposed to call to set up the appointment for installation in 2-3 weeks. After 4 weeks, we had to call them and leave a couple of messages to set up the appointment. But they were very good about apologizing and arranging a day for the following week that fit perfectly into our schedule. It took about 4 hours start to finish for them to install, and the salesman came out near the start of the project to give us the warranty paperwork and answer any questions. Very professional company. I agree with friends' recommendations on their professionalism and quality.

First, I visited various lumber yards to evaluate windows, doors, and siding types. I wanted to keep the costs to a reasonable amount so I determined the work I was willing to do. I wrote a spec to define exactly what I wanted, how I wanted it installed, and listed exactly what I expected of the contractor and provided a list of what I would do. I sought proposals from 5 contractors. Two never responded. RM Pena along with 2 others responded. In terms of cost, Pena was #2. In my evaluation, Contractor #3 was very well organized, courteous, and listened well. Their price was 15% higher than RM Pena. Contractor #1 was the lowest price but really did not listen; rather he told me what he would provide and was extremely closed minded. His proposal was not well defined and I was concerned that I would not get the job I wanted. The RM Pena representative, Chris Pena, listened well, was extremely courteous and conscientious, and provided a well defined proposal. He and his dad, Robert, are tough negotiaters, but fair.The window product proposed by RM Pena, was the best that I had evaluated - better than Harvey, Anderson, or Marvin. After visiting their showroom, I was concerned that the cost of their overhead might drive the cost of their proposal to an unacceptable amount. As it turns out, after further discussions with Chris at Pena, I felt I was dealing with a completely honest man and felt comfortable in contracting with them. We signed the agreement in September. The windows were delivered and installed on 11//18-19/13, and the siding and exterior followed about a week or two later. The entire job was done efficiently, very high quality and the window/door and siding crews were great. They demonstrated concern for each other as well as my property. The work was performed in a safe and efficient manner. Clean up was great! Two things stand out. First, when Chris would set up a meeting and provide a time, he never missed. Always arrived 1-2 minutes early. Same with the work crews. If they had to leave, I was told and also told when they would return. Nice courtesy. Second, in dealing with Chris, never once did I hear him cus. I find that behavior very uncommon and very professional

There was a barn type half-door above my garage. It blew open during a wind storm. I wanted to replace the door with a window. I contacted several contractors. Some of them were afraid to do the job, others simply did not know how to do it. Mr. Rob Fish of R.M. Pena came and looked at it. Mr. Fish was very professional and polite. He knew exactly what had to be done. He installed windows and shutters that matched the rest of the house. The price was also comparable to what the other less experienced/ knowledgeable contractors were charging.

The purchase process takes more time than other providers might require. The sales rep first visits the home, the when the decision is made to purchase, the buyer is asked to visit the Scotia showroom, where there is the opportunity to have a demonstration of the product line. There was absolutely no attempt to and quot;sell upand quot; or push an upgrade, just an information session and opportunity to see the windows installed in the showroom and discuss options. Once the contract is signed, an installer visits the home for exact measurements. The installers arrived timely and the installation went smoothly in the timeframe promised. Although the windows were installed in the spring and I have no experience with the cold weather, I was able to keep shades up in direct sunlight with no noticeable heat coming in. (My cats were very confused when the patch of sunlight on the floor did not include the expected warmth.) I expect the same insulation against the cold. While more expensive than some other providers, these windows were less than half the cost of the high end Anderson windows. I rated and quot;Priceand quot; an A, because, although expensive, I consider the price commensurate with the quality.

The experience went well. I wish they would have hired more experienced carpenters. He had a cheap carpenter and he had two apprentices with him that he had to keep his eyes on. The skilled level of apprentices were not very good. The price was very reasonable. I would hire them with some certain specific say like I would need a more skilled carpenter on the job because I have some more windows to do. I would need someone who is more experienced.

The work performed by RM Pena was excellent. The entire process went very smoothly. Chris was very professional and knowledgable and was able to recommend products that met our needs and resulted in a completed project that we are very happy with. The installation work took three days to complete and the crew was professional and polite and did a top notch job with the window and door installations. No complaints.

They were quite high so we are not going to go with them. He has a really good product, his prices were just too high for me. I would have gone with him if his prices were better. He said he went as low as he could and that his prices were competitive.

It turned out amazing. They had to cut into the wall board to replace the windows. It was a very detailed job. The salesman saw the entire project from estimate to end ensuring the job went as planned and following up after.

The main contact is very difficult to get a hold off. The craftsmanship was good. They were fast, responsive and they cleaned up after themselves. They did a nice job and on time. The quality was good.

We are choosing another contractor because the prices quoted for the doors were far too high for what we need. The window price seems to be in line with other estimates we received, but still too high.

Please read the above for the details. The cleanup was simple and the workers were very neat and completed the job with virtually no mess. I was happy! In addition, all the work was done well withinin 7 hours. Great!

The service was very good. They were on time, neat and cleaned up after themselves. They made sure the door was cleaned and ready to be used. I had a little problem and called them back and they tested the door. It was expensive stuff and way too much for that door but it is a beautiful door. I had stained glass and that cost so much and it is also my fault because I didn't stick to my budget. It is like they let you fall in love with something then hit me with the price. The workmanship was beautiful. I have had other neighbors use them for windows and everybody had the same idea. The product is very good.

It went great. They showed up on time, completed the job on time, and cleaned up everything. It was how I always wanted a contractor to behave.

I had a very pleasant experience, working with Pena RM Inc. They did what they said they were going to do and they followed through. The installation was done very professionally. He obviously has been with them a number of years and knew what he was doing. The timing was what they said it was going to be. The product came in and there were no problems with them. Actually, we had one minor problem, but they fixed it by sending a replacement. It was due to a manufacturing problem by the vendor, and not something they did. They made good on it and we're very pleased.

The RM Pena and quot;salesmanand quot; who came in response to my initial call was great...very professional. He got right to work estimating and explaining process and submitted the estimate quickly. Final cost was exactly equal to estimate (no and quot;extra'sand quot; or add-ons). I was more impressed with him than the other companies I had do estimates. The installer came right on schedule and was a very nice, pleasant young fellow. In response to my questions about his experience, he answered honestly and said he was new with the company (and that he was really enjoying the work). The installation went well (although it is a very and quot;messyand quot;, dusty procedure). He did make one mistake, drilling right through from the attic to the 2nd floor, but he did repair the hole (it has held up well, but I should have repainted...and haven't so it is still visible). Overall this was a good transaction and I feel I had a favorable experience with this company. I would use them again.
