Description of Work: I called, it was a Natl Grid issue, but Joe showed up, told me what to say to National Grid, and that was that. He has done work at my workplace, so I can be very sure if just how responsive and thorough they are. They're the best!

Description of Work: RETAPED SOME INSULATORS AT THE ROOF LEVEL "CONDUIT WEATHER HEAD" WHERE THE ELECTRICAL SERVICE CABLES COME INTO THE HOUSE. THEY WERE ABOUT 30 MINUTES LATE BECAUSE OF ANOTHER JOB, BUT DID CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW. I PLAN TO USE THIS COMPANY IN THE SPRING FOR A 200 AMP SERVICE UPGRADE.

This professionalism was much appreciated. Once at the house, he quickly got to work and resolved our problem. We asked him for a bid on some additional work and it is likely we will use him again.

+ 3 moreMr. Caracciolo was to come back and do the work for us. He was to get back to us the very next week and he has not gotten back to us. It has been over six weeks since we have talked to him. The check has been cashed. He doesn't do the work he promises to do. He explained all of these things that he would have to do to fix our problems. He has only replaced the fuse box and the lights in the basement bathroom.
Description of Work: He was to do work in the downstairs bathroom and replace the fuse box. He was to fix the lights in the front porch. He was to fix the faulty wiring in the garage. He was also supposed to fix the ceiling fan.

Description of Work: I had called Joe and left a message. He called me back the next day and asked what I needed done. I explained that I had a ceiling fan that wasn't working and had a new one that needed to be installed. He said that he would have to check his schedule and get back to me. This sounded a little suspect, as I would have expected that he had his schedule available when he called me back. It has now been 5 business days and I have not heard back from him. Luckily he forced us to fix the problem ourselves and save some money.

Joe and his son showed up right on time and within 10 minutes identified the problem. 20 minutes later they were done and gone. Terrific guys with a pleasant nature, they took time to explain what they were doing and answered all our questions.
Description of Work: Circuit breaker would not reset. They found a ground wire touching other wires in an outlet.

His estimate itemized the work he would perform and gave me a few options to choose from. The price was in the upper range of what I expected, but fair. Joe and his son arrived on time, worked all day and did a very neat, professional job. I couldn't ask for a better job and highly recommend them!

The appointment was at nine and they came exactly at nine. They did the job quickly and was done well too. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

He was very punctual and gave us an estimate that was in the ballpark of what we thought it should cost. He was very prompt and flexible in working around our schedule (I am on rotating shift work). He and his son were very curteous and more than accomodating in answering the questions of a nosy homeowner (me). I highly recommend him to anyone in the area desiring quality work and curteous service.

Caracciolo Electric replaced it and did some other minor electrical work around the house. They were very friendly and professional, and they seem to know what they are doing.
