Description of Work: Installation of a gas fireplace in existing wood burning fireplace. It went extremely well. Install by two professionals took about 4 1/2 hours including coupling to the existing gas source. The two installers explained and demoed the electronic controls in detail and with patience. Everything worked perfectly from the get-go!

+ -1 moreThe sales experience was by far the most pleasant and low pressure of the shops we visited. The owner came to do the site inspection/estimate and he was very helpful with his suggestions and he took the time to make sure we understood what would be involved with our project. The installation crew arrived a little bit early and got right to work, they were thoughtful enough to lay down drop clothes anyplace they would be working. They worked very well together and did a very nice job installing the unit and the chimney liner. The crew was very thourogh when they explained all of the features and operating instructions. When the building inspector arrived to check the job, he commented that it was a nice installation. Once the work was complete, they cleaned up very well and left no trace other than our beautiful new fireplace. It is nice to be able to do business with a small local company with competitive prices and superior customer service. We would definitely recommend them!

Description of Work: I needed to replace the gasket on my wood stove, as well as the liner blocks. Their staff explained how to make the repairs on my own, picked out the materials, saving me a hundred bucks or so in labor.

The work went smoothly and they cleaned up everything very well. They also threw in a ton of the wood pellets and a bonus. I think they did a good job for me and I would recommend them.
