+ -1 moreCalled this place MANY times trying to get an appointment to have our two chimneys cleaned and inspected. Took over two months to finally get an appointment [for late Spring]. He called to cancel the day of the appointment due to family issues, fine. We rescheduled for a date a week and a half later. That day came and went without hearing anything from him. I left a couple more messages, but never got a response. I got his name from the National Chimney Sweep Guild and Chimney Safety Institute websites because I wanted a well trained professional who could do a level 2 inspection on our chimneys [he no longer appears on the Chimney Safety Institute website]. I can't say anything about the quality of work done since I wasn't able to get him to come and do any work. I can say that communication with this business is horrible.
