He stated that we were in danger. He stated that we could become electricuted due to a pool in the home and the wiring. He stated there was a live wire in the wall that already had singes on the wall for a fire. It was urgent to replace the fuse box with a much bigger one. He then left the home for three weeks. We called they didn't reply. They refused to give us an estimate which they state are free because I was getting a second opinion.

The work took a little longer than expected due to bad weather. Overall pleased with the job.

They were on time and only took 2 days to complete the work.

He showed up 45 minutes late, looked at it the what needed to be done for 2 minutes and left. He didn't ask me any questions of what I wanted done or go in to any detail at all. He said they would mail me an estimate but I never received anything. Very unprofessional.

Called Zacher, made appointment, got here on time, did work. Gave me bill wrote check less than 1 hour done have used this company for over 20 years for both home and business.

We called and set up an appointment for a walk through to itemize the issues that needed attention. Following the walk through, we had 2 phone conversations with the office staff to schedule the same electrician (Jessie) who had done the work in late 2011 on our kitchen for phase 2 of our electrical upgrade project. We received a call the day prior to service to go over some final details. Jessie and his assistant were prompt and courteous and the work was completed thoroughly and efficiently. All work was reviewed with us at the end of the job.

Absolutely perfect. Tom, our electrician, was a very pleasant, hard working young man. Got the job finished on time. Extended extra attention to "lead dress" all the panel wiring, so that it was "picture perfect," even though it would then be covered by a service panel cover and no one but the installer (and myself since I happened to be there at the time) would even know. A lot of extra work and attention really for the satisfaction of the installer to know that he had performed a job well done.
