The guys did a heck of a job. I will say they were not the cheapest but when dealing with a tree well over 100 years old, over 100 feet tall, sitting 10 feet from my house and neighbors, you want the best. I had a very concerned neighbor and they answered all of her questions and were very professional. I wouldn't think twice if I had another tree to remove. Thanks again.

Initial call stated that job couldn't be done for about 8 weeks, I had no problem with that,, received call to price the job, arrived when stated, reviewed the job, had contract e-mailed to me two days later, I signed and returned. Contacted them just to check on tentative time frames (after 4 weeks), after that contact mutual start date agreed upon, arrived on time, completed job, very professional, provided bill to mail in, but I paid on the spot be credit card, they also accepted checks. I will/would recommend them.

Adapted to problems with the site...got correct and appropriate machinery in without removing fence etc.. The tree was extraordinarily tall and many of the branches were dead making the job precarious and dangerous. Of the four tree services iI called (all of whom I got through this site and were rated as A's) all came out two never got back to me and two did. I picked this business because their price was right.

All work was performed as promised, professionally and well. We were especially pleased after an ice storm (prior to the October Surprise) that knocked power out of our neighborhood with multiple damaged trees. Wright Frontier had come to fertilize our several large trees and trim appropriately. We barely lost any twigs at the time of that storm as compared to large branches breaking off of the next door neighbor's trees. The prices charged for the times we have used them have been very competitive and fair.

They did a good job, we liked them. I recommend them. They did a good job, and the trees are very healthy.

They were wonderful and professional. It is just we had an estimate that was a little bit better and my husband talked with the other, Wright-Frontier Tree Care Inc were a little bit priced and we went with somebody else. The gentleman that came out was wonderful, they seemed very professional and we certainly would have used them, but like I said the estimate was a little bit higher and I guess the other reason is we would have had to wait like until probably springtime for them to do the work. They were extremely busy and we had trees that were damaged from storm and we just thought we couldn't wait as long as we would have needed to wait because of safety issues in the branches. Actually, I think it was not after all the snow, it was more in the fall, but here they are just wind damaged and were bit wilting willows and we just wanted them out of there and before the winter and the snow came, and cause them to come down. So with Frontier you had to wait more like until spring, where the people we used came out two weeks later and did it. It was just the cost and time issue that we didn't use them.

I thought the price was high for spraying tree and pruning, $400.

I called to have them take out a bush and was informed that the minimum cost is $300. When the owner saw the bush he said it was not going to be that much. I appreciated his honesty because I would've thought it would be that much. He suggested I throw in some other stuff for them to do. I decided to have my hedges trimmed down considerably. He informed me that they probably would not be able to get to it for about 4-6 weeks because it was busy season. Three weeks later, I received a letter from the town saying I needed to get the hedges cut down to 3ft. I placed a call to Wright-Frontier and explained my situation. They squeezed me in a few days later. I would definitely use them again.

They were very professional and very nice. I really liked him. I am still waiting to do the project. He said that he couldn’t do it until December. I am considering using him in future. He explained everything to me. He gave me a brochure and the treatment that we might need. We have an issue with the ash borer right now. His price seemed a little bit high for me. But for what he was telling me about his employees and their qualifications, it was probably in the ballpark. He was right out when he was supposed to be and on time. He gave me some tips on what I could do in the future. He was just excellent. His name was Bill.

They are an established business and they know what they are doing. I would recommend them to others. They are little on the expensive side. I understand they are expensive because it is a dangerous business. They clean up very well after themselves. They tell you what they have done. They came when they said they would.

We had a huge tree that was bent toward our house and was dying. They came out when they promised to give us an estimate which was quick and painless. They also called in advance of when the removal was done and arrived on the promised date. When I got home from work that day, it was gone and everything was cleaned up!

They did a good job. They did very good work and appeared at my door on time. They finished the job in one day. They removed everything and took all the debris away so I didn't have any cleanup. I thought they did a good job. The price was average. I had gotten a couple of different estimates and they were all in the same price range.

They were very professional. I liked the Mr. Richard who came to give me an estimate. He was knowledgeable and knew his job well. I got an estimate in the mail after a week (rather late for an estimate) After sending back their contract signed and all, I did not hear back from them for over a week, and I had to call them up to remind them of the job. They were backed up because of a storm that had happened last week. But I expected at least a call. They came soon after and finished the job very professionally. Except for the delayed response, I like their work. Very professional and a job well done. But they got some work at improving their response time or at least inform their clients that they would be late, if something unexpected came up.

Responsive and professional. We liked that they were on top of things, quick to respond to our requests for extra work/estimates, all estimates in writing, very unobstrusive (in fact I've never seen them...only their finished product). Definitly would recommend!

They were excellent. I had a question for him, and he came right out to the house to explain it all. He was very nice. They cleaned up well, and did good work. I would recommend them to everybody.

No complaints. They came, did what we asked, left and that was that!

They are a certified arborist. I wanted that. This company met my needs as far as the criteria had in looking for a tree service company. They fully lived up to my expectation level. They did a great job too.

I was very pleased with the cost and the quality of work performed on my trees. Due to the freak October snowstorm I lost a tree and several branches here in North Buffalo -- many of my 15 arborvitaes were damaged and I thought beyond repair. They staked and tied up the arborvitaes saving everyone of them. They also did a GREAT job cleaning up and removing all debris.

I noticed that my arborvitaes were looking very unhealthy and seemed to be dying. I called two certified arborist companies and asked for estimates. Wright-Frontier gave a cheaper estimate with a two-year plan for caring for the trees that included fertilizing and spraying the trees for disease, etc. After signing the contract they performed the work in late August 2006 in a timely manner. Recently I had to cancel the late fall fertilizing appt. due to considerable tree damage from the early October snow storm here in Buffalo. I had no problems cancelling the appointment even though I had signed a previous contract and I am currently contracting with them to clean up the tree damage.

I would recommend Wright-Frontier to friends and family. I will definitely contact them again next year. The work is always done to my satisfaction. Wright-Frontier is an excellent company.
