Description of Work: Warm & Fuzzy put an air conditioning unit into our attic to provide air to parts of our split level. Workers were personable, clean and did what they said they were going to do. In some aspects they went above and beyond to finish and respond when we had problems immediately after install. We since decided to sign up for a maintenance package for heating and cooling because we were so happy with their service.

Description of Work: Quoted & installed a new boiler for baseboard heating. The rep that came out to quote the job was very professional (albeit covered in tattoos!) explained how the system would work & everything that would be included. Once I chose them to install (got 3 other quotes) they set everything up in less than a week, the 2 installers were both professional & friendly, they cleaned up after themselves & again explained what they had done & how it all worked. The following day I discovered the hot water tank was not heating, they came back that day & showed me how to diagnose that (I am a 1st time home owner, turns out we just needed to re-light the pilot & now I know how to do that!) Would definitely recommend & use them again.

+ -1 moreService tech had to rig the furnace and air conditioner so that we can have central air. Our curcuit board in our unit was fried because of rodent damage. He did a great job of giving us temporary service until we decide to replace or repair our old unit. Very professional and curteous.

+ -1 moreProffesional crew. Tech/saleman was knowledable, friendly, and provided his biased opinion, which I appreciated. I had a few power issues (from preiosu houes owners/electricians) which caused some difficulty for the install and later power failure. Technicians solved the problems quickly and provided advice and assistance to make necessary electrical rework. All in all I would recomend giving them a call.
Description of Work: Inspected both of my furnaces. Recomended replacement of one. Installed new Trane furnace and thermostat. Performed follow-up warranty visit and determined that electircal issue was to blame. Recomended rewiring to address issue.

Description of Work: Warm and Fuzzy was part of an energy audit I had last summer to get ready for the Buffalo winter in my new house. I needed furnace duct sealing on three furnaces (yes three). They replaced a hot water heater and fixed a gas leak. Then they came and got the central air working as a separate project. I also signed-up for a year service contact with them.
