We had several estimates and as it was Fall, many felt they couldn't get it done. Mr. Merlo just seemed very knowledgeable and gave us more hands-on information than the others. He was the only contractor who even mentioned my center drain in the garage. He was very present and available during the entire process, not just the boss who comes if there is a problem or a salesman. During the demolition, Mr. Merlo worked very hard to discover where our drain was emptying and requested an irrigation consult. We lost very little time as he had an amazing consultant who assessed our problems and attended to them. It explained entirely why our garage floor had been so buckled. Mr. Merlo's team was courteous, extremely punctual, and efficient. They even repaved a back patio piece that that had been broken up for the irrigation work. The driveway looks great!

Victor Merlo construction did an unbelievable job at my house. I have used them multiple times and intend on using them in the future. They have all these design ideas to use, it's hard to pick one over the other, who new concrete had so many options? Our sidewalk and steps were done in exposed aggregate and looks priceless. My neighbors liked the job so much they had Victor Merlo Construction pour a patio and acid stain it, it looks awesome. Had concrete driveway and porch deck removed and replaced. Very good service, fast, clean and professional.

They were prompt, professional, and they were at my house when they said they would be. The work they did looks great, and they got the work when they said they would. The price was a little high, but you get what you pay for.

It went really well. They were ahead of schedule, and were very efficient and clean. I would highly recommend them to others

Project went very well; crew was very punctual, worked hard and were very courteous to me and my property. Took pride in craftsmanship and worked for perfection. Finished product is great.Victor personally supervised the entire project and ensured the finished details were to his standard and nothing less. Only issue was one of the crew forgot to close the gate to the backyard one night and my dogs got out.

Victor did a fantastic job! The work was so good that our neighbors had noticed and he had 6 weeks worth of work just in my neighborhood! When he came to collect the cones that were down, while the concrete was setting, he had left us a thank you note and 2 coffee mugs with his logo.

Victor is extremely professional and a perfectionist.
