Price does not apply to my review because I had my pavers professionally installed. I want to give this company an A grade in customer service for its referal service to contractors that they trust to do a successful installation of their product. They know that satisfaction with their product depends in large part on its correct installation. That can't be emphasized enough. Unless you've had pavers installed before, it's hard to appreciate what a big deal installation can be.I did not know to ask about this service before selecting a contractor and ended up hiring someone who had more ambition and self-confidence than skill for our complicated project. We were able to part ways with this contractor and Unilock referred us to three contractors that they had had years of good experience with and the one we hired not only would have been a better choice to have hired in the first place, but also had the ability and willingness to take over a horribly botched job and turn it into showplace. Don't expect a project like this to be easy or inexpensive, but if you use one of their recommended contractors you can expect then end result to be worth it.

Unilock over estimated the amount of stone that I needed. When I told them I wanted my account credited they gave me a hard time, it was their mistake and they would acknowledge that. The backyard does look pretty.
