The service itself was great. I was not in a rush but when I was told they could do it in conjunction with another job and expect them in a few days and they didn't show up for weeks and didn't return my calls, I got quite aggravated. Just when i was about to hire someone else, i got a call that they were coming the next day. The crew was professional and did an excellent job of doing just what I asked and cleaning up quite nicely.

I'm a sucker for a nice guy and Tony really is a nice guy. They did the job that I wanted and cleaned up nicely. I told Tony I wasn't in a rush but when Tony said he could do it with a few days, I believed him. They came 3 weeks later. Had they told me a month and came in 3 weeks I would have been thrilled but as it was I was aggravated. And while they cleaned the brush and swept the drive beautifully before they left, they didn't come to get the logs for another 3 weeks. In the meantime, no one returned my calls. I got the job done that I wanted at a reasonable cost. They did exactly what they were contracted to do. But timeliness is not their strong suit.

During the initial conversation with the company representative "Tony" we inquired if the tree was city property or not. Tony replied that it was not since it was on the house side of the side walk and that no notification was needed to be made to the city of Lockport. The estimated date for the work to be completed was long gone, called several times and finally got a firm date. Yes, the tree was removed and the other 2 trimmed. What did occur was that Tony proceeded to spray paint the tire rimes on a truck on our driveway. Needless to say the driveway was painted, no action from Tony to resolve the situation. The real issue surfaced the next day when we received a visit from the City. The large tree was in fact a City tree and we had no authority to remove it. When the company retyurned to remove the stump, the City was called and a discussion with the owner occured.We where not cited by the City, but we also sspent money that we did not need to do. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

They were timely, prepared and professional. They completed all the work to our satisfaction.

I left a message on their answering machine requesting an estimate for tree removal. I never heard from them. We then left another message stating we would no longer be needing their services as they could not bother to call.

They were suppose to come-out at 8:00 am today and they had several excuses why they didn't show-up. I then called them at 9:30 am and I was told that they were on the road and would arrive in an hour. I called again after 11:30 am, and they said that they didn't know what had happened to the crew, but that they would call me back. I then received a call back an hour later from the owner. He said his crew was in the hospital for heat exhaustion. I just didn't like being lied to, they could have been upfront about the situation. Now I feel that since I am under the contract, I am stuck. They pushed back the project to Tuesday, so we'll see how things go.
