Prompt courteous and friendly Paint job was excellent except a couple light spots on the overhang. I made them aware of it and they made it right in less than a week. For what they did it was excellent.

Had to borrow my ladder, and considering he was supposed to go on the roof to fix shingles. Used a seal on down spot that didn't work, and was supposed to replace section of spot, which never did. Did a poor job trimming shed doors, and when I asked him to recut the doors, he told me to just paint the doors and it would look fine. Also was supposed to replace a piece of wood on shed, and forgot to bring wood with him. I also had to provide a extension cord, and a marker. I called him twice to see when he would come finish the work that I paid him for, and was told I was on his list. Now we are in Dec. and still have not heard from him. I also filed a complaint with the BBB. Tom's number is 716-563-1796. That is the only contact info. I have for him, his invoice had no address on it, and you can't make out his last name on invoice. I have pictures of his work, and would love to share them with you.
