Beautiful job

They did everything that they said that they were going to do and you cannot ask for more than that. I have nothing to compare them with but the quality of their work was good. I would probably use them again in the future.

Resurfaced my 3 car garage floor with an epoxy coating. The job included grinding, leveling and filling cracks and pits in original concrete floor and coating with a beautiful new surface.

While we finally did get our garage floor sealed and coated with epoxy, what should have been a 2-3 day job stretched out to four (4!) weeks. The first couple of days went well enough, but scheduling problems kept the crew from applying the final coats until late on a Saturday afternoon. Even worse, the day was warm (87 degrees F) so the epoxy had a shorter working time than usual. This resulted in an uneven top coat. It sealed the floor, but did not look particularly good. A company rep agreed. The second attempt had to be scheduled during a week full of regular jobs, so roughing up the first top coat and applying the second did not happen on the same day. Fortunately the final top coat went on during decent weather (75 degrees F) so the crew had time to smooth it out satisfactorily. In the end, MJA did give us a nice-looking, sealed garage floor. The crews were friendly and eager to get our floor done to our satisfaction, but I would be cautious about hiring this company during warm weather (80 degrees F or above). So, my recommendation unfortunately has to be a conditional one.

Absolutely professional. On time to the minute, very aware of surroundings and safety. Explained every step of the process - looks as good as the pictures in the advertisement.
