T-Mark came to work on a very old boiler that was not heating properly. The technician Scott arrived within the scheduled time window. He was very knowledgeable about boilers and was able to quickly diagnose the problem.

T-Mark gave me a very reasonable estimate to replace all the galvanized pipes in my home. I got 4 estimates in all and T-Mark’s estimate ranged from $3k to 9k lower than the competitors. The guys were professional and had the job done in a timely manner. I would recommend.

I scheduled a repair service call for 11:00 am. However, they called at 9 am, requesting a shift in the schedule to 3:00 pm that same day. The reason provided was the distance between my location in Hamburg and their current location in Amherst, which they hoped to avoid driving back and forth between. I agreed to the reschedule under the condition of their punctual arrival at the new agreed time. Unfortunately, there was no sign of them at 3 pm. By 5 pm, having waited two hours, I called the service number. Their response was that they were scheduled to arrive after one more stop at Blasdel. At that point, I decided to cancel the service call and seek services elsewhere. What I found disappointing was their decision to impose a 10-hour workday on their employees, even on a Sunday. Even more concerning was their lack of communication with their customers regarding service updates, as well as their failure to honor their commitment. This is crucial, as a timely service delivery is as important as the service itself. I believe it's only fair that customers are kept in the loop if there are any changes to the agreed schedule.

All in all, a great experience.

Terrible. Charged me over $200 for 5 minutes work using parts i supplied six months ths ago and it fell apart last night. This company overcharges for shoddy work

Contractor failed to submit rebate information that was requested by new York state and subsequently the consumer was not able to receive my rebate. The customer contacted multiple times the contractor had various times and failed to receive either a response or a sufficient answer for the rebate question.

Really well. I had 3 plumbing companies provide an estimate on the work. T-Mark had the quickest turn-around with the estimate, the costs were quite reasonable, and their execution on the job was outstanding. The technician who did the work was terrific. Friendly, respectful, and super competent. Can't say enough good things about my experience with them.

It has not gone at all. The appointment is for 12 days from now, on Dec 14. Unless they magically appeared and worked on the furnace, nothing has been done at this point. Remains to be seen how they will be rated.

Job done well, but so expensive. I had another plumber come in to do my bathroom drain, he did twice the work for half the price.

Quite well, only took 5 minutes to fix. Wasn't too happy about having to pay for full service call when would have been nice to have paid less especially with the brief amount of time at the most 10 minutes being generous I know because I was there with him watching but they came so no major complaint.

The man who came to my house told me the snaking of my sink was not working and he requested to see my basement. While down there, he claimed I needed the whole basement floor dug up to put in new drainage pipes to the tune of over $3000. When I told him I didn't think I needed that and couldn't afford it, he said they would run pipes along my basement walls instead, although it wouldn't look pretty, but that would be less than $3000. I told him I would think about it. We went back to the original problem, the clogged kitchen sink, and he said he was 100% sure the snake didn't work. I told him to humor me, put the elbow back on and run the water. Much to HIS amazement, it worked. At that point, I was sure that man from T-Mark was trying to scam me as an older, single woman. I would NOT recommend them and I would never call them for service, if I can help it.

FANTASTIC!! My furnace stopped working in the middle of winter while the temperature was a blustering 10 degrees. After another company told me I needed a completely new heating system costing thousands of dollars, which I really couldn't afford. I then decided to call T-MARK. T-MARK agreed to come out immediately and managed to repair the furnace, rather than replace it. T-MARK's honesty not only saved me thousands of dollars, but they were prompt, considerate, and professional. I very strongly recommend their servives.
