Description of Work: Allison the project coordinator is AWESOME. I am remote but can rely on her entirely to get what needs to be done, honestly, efficiently and as promised! Rare.

Description of Work: They installed a new shingle roof on our 1 1/2 story carriage house, replacing a sheet roof that blew off during one of our high-wind periods. We were out of town when the work was done, but we returned to a completed roof with a satisfied neighbor through whose yard they had to work to work on half of the roof.

Description of Work: I hired Surety Construction to remodel my bathroom and install 2 replacement windows. I think they did a beautiful job on the tile work they were fast clean and efficient. I would use this company again.

Description of Work: We have used Surity for teardown roof replacements on two Victorian homes with dormers and steep roof pitches - they were thorough, very careful about the neighboring properties in our urban neighborhood, cleaned up daily and protected plants. The crews were hard workers and polite - we did not have to listen to the usual loud, often profane, discussions that are associated with roofers. One dormer had a problem with a valley along the flashing about one year after the original work and Surity promptly responded and repaired at no cost. We have recommended them to neighbors for roofing and porch construction and all have been pleased with their work.

Description of Work: Received an estimate only, and a follow-up letter. It was prompt and reasonable. However, did not hire them because they were not qualified to do ALL the work I needed done (didn't work on slate roofs) and I wanted to hire one company for everyting. They were the best, most prompt, personal follow-up services of about 10 companies I contacted. Sorry I couldn't hire them for all the work.
