Called Suburban Lock to set up appt to change locks on our new house we purchased. They were kind and courteous. They showed up right on time and were able to get all our locks changed with no issues. Will definitely call them again if needed in the future!

This is the second time I have used them to change a lock. I was so pleased with the new electronic lock on my one door I decided I had to have it on my front door. The same gentleman did both installations and he was great. Called before coming and was very friendly and professional.

The appointment is scheduled quickly on the next day, early in the morning. I got phone call before the person arrived. We have three doors with the same deadbolt lock rekeyed, and another entrance rekeyed. For totally three sets of keys. The work is done very quickly and nicely.

We called for an appointment Monday, and were scheduled for the next day. We were quoted a price, including tax, and told what methods of payment were acceptable. When scheduling, we requested use of an online coupon for a free second key, and, while the scheduler wasn't familiar with it, they honored it all the same. The representative came on time, and re-keyed the lock. Took no time at all, and was clean and efficient.

Third time I have used them. They are great. Very reliable, reasonably priced, professional.

Dan showed up as scheduled. He was friendly and informative about my options. He installed the three locks in a timely manner. He was a pleasure to work with. I would use Suburban Lock again. P.S. Did I mention he came out on Saturday morning? That was very convenient for me since I work all week.

Very courteous and professional. Called to confirm appointment and arrived on time. Highly recommend!!! My security screen door would not open and the key broke in the lock. They got the door open, took the lock apart and repaired it and told me if i had another problem within 30 days they would not charge me the service call if i decide to replace the older lock. I also had them change the tumblers on another door lock and they gave me 3 keys. great price!

Installer left a mess, new deadbolt sticks and the keyless electronic system (they only one they will install becuase it is so good) is broken ****update: they called the maker of the keypad and found out how to remedy the situation. However, I was still surprised to find out that I would need to pay them a service fee plus installation cost to come out and replace.

They were really helpful. They were prompt and made keys for me on the spot. I was really happy with their work. They helped us in an emergency situation.

The locks and dead bolts were all installed, however two of them are upside down (the normal open position is the locked postiion now) and the price once they finished the job was double what the estimate was. Also at the store they did not seem to have much time for customers very short.

The person who came was punctuational, knowledgeable, professional and extremely friendly.

I called Suburban to assess and repair a malfunctioning deadbolt on an exterior door in my home. They came to the house, looked at the lock, told me what the problem was, and replaced the lock. In the process of replacing the lock they also cleaned up a messy cut in the door that had been done when the broken lock was installed.

They did a good job. We went there twice to pick out things and they were supposed to give us prices on them and they didn't get back to us. The guy who came here was very good but getting information at the shop was like pulling teeth.

I moved into my new home and I needed to have the locks changed and upgraded. I hired Suburban Lock and Key in early May 2006 after stopping by the store and talking with an employee. I asked many questions about various lock qualities, and which kind was best for me. They were relatively patient with all my questions, and they provided me with an estimate and date the work could be completed before leaving the store. The worker arrived as scheduled and performed the work quickly and efficiently.

Suburban Lock's service people were very nice and explained everything to me. I would use them again and also recommend them to others.
