Description of Work: I had Spotless Premier come to my house to clean my carpets as I had purchased a Groupon. I had some stains from my dogs and kids that needed to be removed. They were on time, friendly, professional, and the quality of the job they did was amazing. I have already recommended to my aunt who also needed her carpets cleaned and she thought they were outstanding! I will definitely be using them again

Description of Work: The original appointment was a Groupon deal to clean the carpet in 4 rooms. When the service provider came he explained that this deal only covered the traffic areas in the 4 rooms. I was not happy with that and I said i wanted the total rooms done which would entail moving the furniture in the room. He said he could not do that so I requested that he call his superior so I could talk to him. He called his office and was put on

Description of Work: I called Spotless Premiere and set up an appointment for November 17, 2012. It was between 3 and 4pm. They never showed up. I moved all the furniture in my entire house. I tried to call the whole week before just to make sure everything was still on for Saturday. The phone message was that thet could not accept any messages to to high call volume. I went to the website as directed by the phone message. No response for one week. And then they never show up. It wasn't worth the groupon. DON'T DO IT!!!

Description of Work: I CONTRACTED WITH THEM TO HAVE A CEDAR FENCE POWER WASHED. TALKED TO WOMAN AT THE OFFICE BEFORE IBOUGHT THE DEAL AND EXPLAINED WHAT I NEEDED TO BE DONE. FENCE NEEDED TO BE POWER WASHED SO IT COULD BE STAINED. THE DEAL WAS FOR "UP TO 2500 FEET OF FENCE" AND THE FENCE WAS ONLT 1290 SQUARE FEET OF SURFACE. THE WORKER ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS TOLD WHAT WAS NEEDED AND EXPECTED. HE AGREED THAT IT WAS NO PROBLEN AND STARTED THE POWER WASHING. HE WAS DOING A VERY GOOD JOB. ABOUT 70% OF THE FENCE WAS DONE WHEN HE GOT A PHONE CALL FROM HIS BOSS WHO WANTED TO KNOW IF HE WAS DONE YET BECAUSE HE WAS NEEDED TO GO TO ANOTHER JOB. THE BOSS THOUGHT IT WAS TAKING TOO LONG. THE WORKED EXPLAINED WHAT WAS TAKING HIM SO LONG AND THE BOSS ASKED TO SPEAK TO ME. HE TOLD ME THAT WHAT I NEEDED FOR MY FENCE WAS WHAT HE CALLED A "STRIPPING" NOT A WASH. I TOLD HIM THAT I EXPLAINED TO HIS OFFICE WHAT WAS NEEDED BEFORE A BOUGHT THE DEAL AND IT SEEMED TO BE A MISUNDERSTANDING OF WHAT HE CALLS A POWER WASH AND WHAT WE CALL A POWER WASH. HE THEN TOLD HIS EMPLOYEE TO HURRY UP AND GET DONE AND GET TO THE NEXT JOB. THE REMAINING PART OF THE FENCE WAS NOT CLEANED AS WELL AS THE FIRST 70% WHICH CAUSED ME TO REDO IT MYSELF BEFORE STAINING THE FENCE. I UNDERSTAND THAT HIS IDEA OF POWER WASHING WAS DIFFERENT FROM MINE, BUT FEEL THAT THE FENCE SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMPLETED WITH THE SAME QUALITY AS THE FIRST 70% AND THE EMPLOYEE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN RUSHED AND DID A LESS THAN PROPER JOB SO AS TO HURRY TO THE NEXT JOB.
