I must say right from the very first time I met Dan Sisti, I was impressed. He showed up early for our appointment. He took a look at what the job needed. he made some suggestions on how he thought we could save some money and achieve the same results. I was impressed and ready to go. I asked how long to get the job booked and he said a few weeks because he was swamped I exchanged a few emails with Dan and the job was scheduled about a week and a half after originally looked at. Dan was quiet while working efficiently all day long, he cleaned up after himself and didnt leave me any mess to deal with at all. I even threw him a curveball and asked for the spotlight to be put on a switch on the first floor. Done without hesitation. I must say, I am impressed with the company and the individual, Dan is a stand up guy and deserving of all the business that gets generated off of this list. Keep up the great professionalism and thank you again for a job well done on my house. I will definitely be calling again for future work

I contacted Dan at 1:30pm and left a message that I had an electrical issue. He called me back within 15 minutes. I explained the issue to him and he said he would stop by after he completed the job he was on. He estimated he would be there at 3:00pm. He arrived at 2:30pm. He was able to troubleshoot the problem in a short period of time and was able to resolve it by 4:30pm. He had already told me that the call was an $85.00 flat rate for the first 1 1/2. It turned out that he charged me for the breaker and flat rate for the house call. It all went well and he was very informative along the way. Very polite and very professional.

He does good work, and the price is great. He gave me an electrical cord to use until the work was done so that I could use my pool until it was finished. He was very courteous.

All went fantastically! It started well from our first meeting with Dan. I contacted Dan upon a referral from another of our contractors who used Dan as he was his neighbor and was satisfied with his work. When I called Dan we made an appointment for him to come over later that evening to give us an estimate for the addition of one new electrical line in our basement for a kiln that I had just ordered. Dan called us about 30 minutes before the scheduled time to let us know that his day had not gone as planned and he could come later or reschedule. We rescheduled. But, we were astounded and shocked and grateful that any contractor would be so great as to call us to let us know of this change in plans! We had just discussed with a number of friends and family how different companies and contractors must not need the business as they show a total disregard for keeping appointments and rarely return calls. (And, when rescheduling, Dan expressed concern for his other clients - promised times, previously scheduled appointments, commited work schedules.) When Dan came over, he was open and honest with what needed to be done and the best way to do it and was very knowledgeable about kilns. Hence, the additional work. After checking with other friends and family and companies, Dan came highly recommended (We accidently learned he had actually done work for a relative.), his suggestions were honest, and his price was competitive. Dan showed up exactly on time as promised and started working. He kept us informed as needed at every step - when the electric would be turned off, when it would be turned on, what to expect with the inspection upon completion. He explained all that he was going to do and then went above and beyond doing it! The poor man enountered an ant problem when working on the outside of our home. But, with ants trying to 'get in his pants', he continued working thru it! We felt comfortable enough to leave Dan alone in our home for several hours while he worked and would do the same for any future work. The work was completed neatly as promised and in the time frame promised. I wish I could find more super superlative words to describe how pleased we are with all of his suggestions and his work and his price.
