About us

SHIELD Security Systems provides custom security solutions (alarm systems, video surveillance and access control) for homeowners and business owners. We carefully evaluate each our our customers specific needs to customize a plan that will ensure their security. We employ our own technicians (no subs) to ensure the highest installation and service standards. Since our clients are not committed to a long term contract, monitoring fees are about 1/2 of national competitors.

Services we offer

Alarm Systems: SHIELD installs, monitors and services burglar alarm systems and fire alarm systems. Additional services include environmental monitoring, temperature monitoring and flood detection. Video Surveillance: SHIELD provides expert consulting, installation and service of video surveillance systems for residential and commercial applications. Mobile applications can be integrated with Security and CCTV systems to provide convenience, portability and control.

They are excellent. They are neighbors. They are wonderful. They do a good job. Their price is very comparable. I never had a problem. They are very quick in responding whenever there is an alarm.

I really like them. They came out and did some adjustments to the alarm system when we moved in. They have been terrific and the office staff is really nice. Efficient, knowledgeable, timely and they did some extra wiring work gratis because they were in the attic already.

They installed our alarm system several years ago and we have had them monitor the system since the installation. There was a time when the alarm had gone off and they called immediately. We feel secure with Shield.
Description of Work: They monitor our security system. We have a 1 year contract with them. They notify us if the alarm is activated.
