Great and I would hire again.

It was very reasonable because we asked for companies and theirs came in. They gave us a quote in the beginning and then they came in and did the work and it was even less than the quote. They realised they could do the task a different, cheaper way. I really appreciated that. I would definitely call them back again. I remember the price was reasonable. I like that fact that they didn't try to over sell. They didn't say "we quoted you $200.00" but they are only charged $100.00 when they could have charged us $200.00 (Costs stated here are to emphasise pricing difference. They are not the actually price of the service.) I liked the fact that they were very ethical.

Nate was efficient, professional and had a great sense of humor even after I accidently locked him in the basement. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. I spoke with a representative at the home show and within a couple of days received an estimate . Once they received my approval, the job was completed within a week.

They were very quick to respond and very reliable.

I had a few companies come out for an estimate for tankless hotwater heaters and Seneca came in the lowest and did not try to up sell me, they quoted me for exactly what I needed and came in at that exact quote. The installers came in on time and were out in about 3 and a half hours. The work was high quality and they also went above and beyond by adding in some extra cut off valves. Overall I am very happy with the work that was done.

My existing sump pump failed during an unexpected ice storm two years ago, causing water to flood the basement. After seeing the plumbing supply company at a local "home products" show, I decided a water powered back up sump pump was something I should have to prevent a flooded basement in the future. The company sent a sub-contractor to install the product. He arrived late but called before hand to let me know. He said it would take two hours to install but it only took 1-1/2 hours. The work was done neatly and I was given instructions what to expect if the back up sump pump were to go on in the event my primary sump pump failed.

Product was fine but service was bad. They gave me a date when parts where to be in. They never called me, I called several times. When they did come in they were wrong and had to do the whole process again. The service rep I dealt with was rude and not professional.

Seneca Plumbing an Heating did a fine job for me. He arrived on time, removed and disposed of the old water heater and installed the new one quickly and with no surprises. He cleaned up everything well and I would have no qualms about recommending his services to others in the area.

We found Seneca Plumbing at a home show and he impressed us as being a really nice guy. Even though the power hasn't gone out yet we assume that the sump pumps are working properly. He was a really nice guy to work with.

I called Seneca Plumbing in the morning and they were able to come out within two hours. The did a professional job. They were clean and pleasant and I would use them again.

Seneca Plumbing and Heating was prompt every day and even finished below the estimated price. They were a great company I would definitely recommend them.
