Description of Work: I had concrete work done by this provider. His estimate was fair and he did the work within one week of giving me the estimate. He and his crew were super polite, neat, and conscientious. They were on time and the job was finished as promised the same day. The concrete looks perfect! To top it off he will be back at the end of the week for a final inspection and to give me a jar of homemade sauce as a thank you!!!

Description of Work: replaced rotted wood around window and replaced entire door including frame. painted wood and door frame. Romeo was very responsive to all messages, timely in appointments and work was great. have never had this work done before so dont have prices to compare it to.

Description of Work: Romeo's crew did a great job. We had our balcony extended and a roof and lighting put in. When n a rotted frame was pulled out , it pulled up one of the kitchen lights. Not only did he replace that recessed light, he replaced all of them with led, so it would all match and had the ceiling painted. The project was done on time.

Description of Work: They completed a roof tune inspection. The emailed report I received was informative and was essentially a quote to fix the issues I wanted to. They were very courteous on the phone and completed the inspection quickly.

Description of Work: They replaced/repaired the foundation and top pad of my front stoop and repaired concrete fascia around front door and attached garage.

Description of Work: replaced some of the shingles and sealed around the chimney and checked the rest of the roof . The worker was very fast in doing the work. Did it all in one day. Told me that the shingles are sticking up and will lay flat after the sun hits them, so I guess I have to wait for that. I was very pleased with the work and would recommend them to other people.

Description of Work: Romeo called promptly to make the appointment, and called when delayed. We rescheduled and he was professional. When I got his estimate, it was not for the roofing work described in the 'special deal' but for interior repair. This was just a question of confusion, and he promptly came out and did the work described in the 'special deal'. He left good notes on things to improve and maintain the roof, and if I decide I need help restoring those minor interior repairs (stains from roof leaks, painting), I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again. Nice guy. Good work. I was happy.

Description of Work: Romeo gave me his opinion about removing a wet bar that was in a weird location. I was planning on having it upgraded but he suggested just getting rid of it, he thought it might lessen chances of selling in the future. I agreed and am glad I listened to him.

I called Romeo and he personally came out to take a look and give me an estimate. He pointed out a few other things that I should have taken care of while he was up there fixing the soffit, and I agreed. Romeo is a very nice guy and very professional. He sent me a text when he arrived at my house and started the work and even texted me some pictures when he was done. He also took care of some things for me free of charge, like removing an old Direct TV dish from my roof. I plan on working with Romeo again in the future.
