I'd like to note that we are a repeat customer of Romeo's Superior Home Improvements - Romeo did a full tear off replacement of our detatched garage roof and replaced some windows a couple of years ago, and did a phenomenal job. We discovered some leaks in our main roof the last time we had a lot of rain. Romeo and his crew came right over the morning I called, and did a thorough inspection of my roof. They sealed any areas that needed it, cleaned the gutters, and addressed any issues that may be a problem in the future. Romeo is polite, courteous, and always takes the time to follow-up with me and answer any questions I might have. I am, admittedly, a worry wart and the type of customer who asks a lot of questions. Romeo always takes the time to address my concerns, and is respectful of my house and my property. I 100% trust him and his company, and would not hesitate to hire them again in the future.

I called Romeo in the afternoon when my wife noticed the tiles missing on the roof and he came next day and professionally replaced them and fixed others that were loose. He also sent me pictures after the repair. Very professional and dependable, highly recommended.

Romeo and his entire crew were amazing. On time, always professional, and the walkway looks great. They adjusted schedules around the near-constant rain we've been having but made sure it was done before the parking ban goes into effect for our streets. We will definitely be calling them again for future work!

Romeo and Rich were very pleasant to work with. On time for all appointments and Romeo went out of his way to get the type of baluster I was looking for. Rich was the crewman who did the carpentry work and he did a fantastic job!! Was very happy with the design and work that Romeo and Rich did. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Plan on contacting Romeo again for future home improvement plans.

Romeo was courteous and professional. He was very patient with us during the estimate and answered all of our questions. While he was performing the work, he kept us apprised of his progress and answered any questions we had. We were very happy with the quality of his work, his responsiveness, and his professionalism.

Romeo and his crew were professional and pleasant. When I first contacted Romeo he called me the same day to set-up an appointment to come to our home. He called when he was on his way so I knew when to expect him. Romeo listened to our ideas for a patio. His ideas and design were great and the outcome is more than we could've imagined. We kept it simple but it has character and is a great addition to our home, thanks to Romeo and his crew. Romeo called or texted when the job was delayed because of the weather. He kept us informed every step of the project from beginning to end. Everyday he texted, sent pictures and kept in contact to ensure we were pleased with how the project was going. He even replaced a slab of concrete in our driveway that cracked while he and his crew were working. It was most likely the result of poor workmanship by another contractor. But Romeo took responsibility for the damage without hesitation. He was on the job and worked as hard as his crew,. This speaks volumes about Romeo's commitment to his profession and the pride he takes in what he does. In addition to the patio he built a shed that came out looking like a Tiny House instead of an ugly building! He gave us a window for the shed at no charge and kept the costs in our budget. There is no doubt that we will hire Romeo for future projects. It is so hard to find honest, professional and dedicated contractors. We were burned by another contractor who took our money and never came back to do the job. It is nice to know that Romeo and his crew stand by their work and are honest, hard working people.

Everything went well! Romeo was great at answering all my questions, and explaining how the job would be done, and what to expect. His crew was also very nice, they cleaned up well, and the Windows look wonderful! I'm sure I will be calling him again in the future!

Once again, Romeo and crew did a great job! We had a few problems with our family room roof last winter and we wanted it fixed. I explained to Romeo what the problems were and they took care of everything. We had older roof vents that were not needed any more so they eliminated those and repaired the holes. Like everyone else last winter, we had ice dam problems that caused the roof to leak into our family room. Romeo suggested an ice dam shield over the entire roof which I thought was an excellent idea. That roof gets a ton of snow build up on it every winter and ice is always a problem. We needed to vent our garage so they put in a ridge line vent which is awesome. I waited to do this review so I could truthfully say that there are NO leaks! It has rained several times since their work and we have no leaks anywhere. We are very pleased with Romeo's Superior Home Improvements! Romeo has such passion for doing quality work and customer satisfaction is a must. It's nice to know there are still people out there like Romeo that are honest and hard working and do quality work at a fair price! OUTSTANDING!!!!

We are absolutely thrilled with the job. The carpenters were terrific, and went above and beyond - even making sure the area behind the stairs was properly insulated and caulked. They built a beautiful set of platform stairs that we love. We will definitely be calling them for other jobs in the future.

Called him came out within a week for inspection and estimate. He was very cordial and appeared trustworthy. A little trouble arranging when the work would be done but was prompt on the appointed day. He explained what he was going to do, what materials he was going to use, explained the contract clearly. Was present when his crew arrived they all were clean and polite. I could not stay but my daughter was going to be around. She called me about 6 or 7 hours later and said they were done. When I got home The area was clear of all debris. they sealed everything and corrected other items that were not mentioned in the contract. My only complaint is they did such a good job I can now see more problems then I thought I originally had. I would not hesitate to have this gentleman and hios crew come into my home to do more work. I highly recommend Romeo and his crew.

It ended up being more because they found more stuff wrong.

Like most projects of this type problems come up and how they get resolved is a critical part of the overall experience. Romeo told us that he is most interested in ensuring that we were happy with the outcome, not an idle promise - this outfit is the best I've ever worked with when it comes to giving the customer what they want, a couple examples below. 1) We were not at all happy with the sliding doors (poor quality). Romeo removed one of two that was installed and replaced them ones of much better quality. 2) Inside walls were to be finished with a vinyl wallboard. We were not at all happy with the result (seams and gaps visible). Subsequent attempts to correct the problem failed to make the result acceptable so Romeo removed the material and replaced it with drywall. He did not charge us for the extra work or material. Romeo's team is also very good at creative solutions to tricky problems that gave other contractors who estimated the job problems. Attention to detail is another attribute worth mentioning as well as good communication concerning project status as it went along (frequent txt messages). I will certainly give Romeo a call for any future projects.

Romeo's Superior Home Improvements is just that-SUPERIOR! Romeo and crew are very quality minded and very professional. Right from the first phone call, through demo and installation of our driveway, all of my questions and concerns were dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. Their talent and experience are second to none! These guys don't mess around- quality is first and foremost. Their attention to detail was amazing to watch. Romeo and crew also know all about customer relations. I was never left "out of the loop" as to what was going on and we were always treated with the utmost respect! I cannot emphasize that enough. I have dealt with many contractors in the past and some of them were very good, but some lack people skills and professionalism. We were very impressed and pleased to deal with such an all around Superior company! In this day and age, it's awesome to find someone with such high standards like Romeo. I have already recommended him to family and friends.

The service was terrific. Romeo was on site every day. He checked in at the beginning , during, and at the end of each day. His crew of Charles, Jersey, and Andy were outstanding . The were timely and diligently worked a full day. The project took 6 working days. The men were friendly and polite and a joy to have on my property. If there was any questions, they asked our opinions. I would whole heartedly recommend Romeo and his crew to any homeowner who is looking for excellent workmanship and fair pricing. We did do research about the contractors and we have friends who had similar work done and we can say that Romeo outperformed them all. I look forward to using him again.

I was satisfied with what got done, although I am still waiting for a quote, or a referral to completely redo my Florida room roof.

Actually, because I live in the middle of nowhere, I wanted a contractor close to my home in case I had a problem with their work I could get them down fast. I had three estimates and I picked the one closest to my home. The other two were fine, professional, nice, I just took the one closest to me for my own convenience.

After a major winter in our area, many homes were in need of roof repairs. I was told by two of the more visible companies in our town that I would have to wait 6 weeks for an estimate. My third phone call, which was to Romeo's, resulted in a return phone call later that day and a visit from Romeo the next day. I discovered that Romeo has developed a network of trusted tradesmen that he works with which allows him to estimate jobs more quickly. I found Romeo to be friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to talk to me about my roof repairs AND my concrete/mortar needs because of his background in both fields. Romeo had masons and roofers coordinated for the next few weeks to finish my work and he made regular visits to make sure I was happy with the results. I found that all of the tradesmen that worked on my house were also clean, professional and skilled. I also appreciated the patience of the men during a few of the jobs that needed a bit more detail and attention.

I could not be more happy with the work Romeo and his crew does. Not only are his prices reasonable, the work is exceptional, they are courteous, conscientious, and an absolute pleasure to work with! From the time Romeo came over and gave us an estimate to the time they completed the work, Romeo kept in contact with me and I was always aware of where they were in the project, when I could expect certain things to be finished, and what time they would be at our house. Romeo was very responsive whenever I had questions or concerns, he always got back to me right away, and took the time to explain everything to me. As a new home owner, this was very valuable to me. We had old ugly windows that were original to the house. Somehow, Romeo and his crew made everything look brand new again! Inside and outside my house is beautiful! Our garage roof looks awesome too! They also were IMMACULATE when they cleaned up. Our garage looks cleaner inside than it was when they started, and when I got home to my new windows, you would NEVER know that windows had been replaced - everything was so clean!
