+ -1 moreI contacted one of there local representatives about purchasing a heater and he was not very helpful. I placed an order but he would never call me back. I e-mailed RG, Inc. to find out about my order and to complain about the poor service but they did not answer me either. I would suggest that you find some other company to buy from that is more customer orientated.
Description of Work: I tried to buy an Infrared heater from RG, Inc through one of there dealers.
