+ -1 moreThe problem I have with this service provider relates to their billing. They completed their work in October 2012, and we had thought we had paid the bill immediately on the date of the service. Then, three years later, we were served with papers from their attorney for the $275 charge! They never called, never sent a letter, nothing. If we had known that we owed them for the charge, we would have paid it promptly. Instead, they got their collections attorney involved, and we had to in turn get our attorney involved and settled the matter quickly. I rated their quality and punctuality as being reasonable, but their professionalism and responsiveness is terrible.
Description of Work: Provider responded to a service call for a backed up toilet, and was able to fix the problem fairly quickly.

Description of Work: I use Ritter-Sentry Plumbing for plumbing services. They installed a new toilet for us, reinstalled a kitchen faucet that had fallen apart and repaired inter-kitchen drain. We have been using them for 30 years.
