They were recommended by Russell's Tree Farm to plant 2 six foot Norway Spruce trees we purchased separately. Karen advised us to change slightly where we wanted the trees planted for survival and optimal growth. They are now both over 12 feet tall, full and lush. It was at the time a family business with the owner, Karen, and her children. All very nice. I would use them again.

Very well. I thought they were very paricular, which matters to me. They were here when they said they were going to be and they were pleasant and worked beyond what I thought they would be working but they stayed until the work was done.

I saw their signs in the neighborhood and contacted them. They spent almost a month and a half making and breaking appointments. Many of the times I had to wait, or they would not show up when they were expected. Karen Vinton, the owner, asked me to please be patient because they had a lot to do, and I think I was very patient. In June, Karen came over with another woman and they were so filthy that I had to put down towels! She gave us a price of $3000 for all of the work we were wanting her to do. We accepted her offer and told her that we wanted a contract, and she agreed. She said she would get work going in a few weeks. I got a message on my cell phone voice mail the next day saying that she decided she wasn't going to take the job. My major concern is that this was such a major undertaking, I wanted it done right, and wanted a contract to protect myself. The only thing I can figure out is that she didn't like that I had asked for a contract, and that is why she turned down the job.
