Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Had parts on hand to fix both of our problems (dishwasher and refrigerator). Explained what the problems were, what the fixes were. Also made friends with our cat! More than happy with the cost.

It took three days to schedule/reschedule the appointment. Somewhat frustrating, but that's how it went. Lots of phone calls and back and forth due to their other jobs. The two older gentleman showed within 15 minutes of their 'we're on our way' call. The one gentleman stated his son was on vacation, and his buddy was retired, and just helping out for the week. His buddy was great, nice, and did all the work. He however, kept on priming me for the price to go up and up and up. Telling me his son would never work on a stackable. He didn't know this would be such and issue, etc. You could tell he was priming me to make it higher and he indeed did try. So, I paid the max he had quoted me at when they had arrived to the house. Thing is, with the way he kept filling up the washer more and more each time to test the pump, (his buddy doing the repairs even said to stop a few times) water got ALL over my floor, and even soaked a part of my Pergo. I'm more than a bit annoyed about that. Nonetheless, it's fixed, it was a pain in the neck, but his buddy was awesome. Based off of his work, I would use them again. He cleaned up the floor and such as well, while the other was hassling me about $$ and he apologized a bunch. The father, never did. I'm hoping his son comes back soon. These kinds of things are not good for service between the scheduling and the $$ change. PS. They were only at the house for 40 minutes, but my job was such a big deal. I'm the one who bailed out the water from the washer twice that he kept refilling. Lol. Still, based off of the friends work, friendliness. and attention to detail, I would hire them again.

I thought it was very expensive. Its 2 older guys and they didn’t have all the parts with them. I needed 2 or 3 parts so they had to come back the next day. They are very nice but I think they are overpriced. I don’t think that I would use them again. They didn’t have all the parts that I needed. They left a mess down in the basement. I wasn’t too happy. After they came the first time, I had to wait 2 days for them to comeback. They were punctual. Although they can’t give an exact time they are going to come because they are at someplace else.

Older washing machine went kaput. Came in for diagnosis and repair. Machine didn't work after "repair". Returned and changed diagnosis to "unrepairable". Only contact with BBB resulted in refund of some monies.

He has been very reliable, and comes when you call him. His prices were very fair. I trust him completely, if someone less honest had come in they might've convinced me to buy a new dishwasher or dryer. He is very reliable, honest, and knowledgeable. He always seems to know what he is doing.

They were excellent, they came out right away when others were putting me off. They found the problem and the quote matched what they gave me over the phone. There were no surprises.

Reilly Appliance is great. We've been using them for years. They are cheap, work well with any schedule, and do quality fast work.
