Real Help Decorative Concrete

We had Real Help Concrete complete a few projects including installing a new concrete driveway and refinishing and recoloring our stamped concrete patio. Both jobs were done to perfection. Our experience from start to finish was very positive. Josh and his team are very professional and detail oriented. It was clear upon meeting them that they were extremely good at what they do both from a business standpoint as well as from their workmanship. We are very pleased with the work and would highly recommend them!

Josh and his crew completed a large project for us as part of a major pool renovation. To be honest, Josh was brought in during the design stage of the pool renovation. His creativity and eye towards “what’s possible” was the major reason we moved forward with the full renovation. His design was transformative. The crew did a great job during the construction phase as well. They were professional and patient with questions and even offered up some suggestions during the process. We were fully satisfied with the work from start to finish, especially with this being such a permanent and costly renovation. I would not take a risk with another company.

Josh and his team did an incredible job on our stamped concrete around our pool. They were professional, on time, completed the job as discussed and cleaned up the area. Real Help Concrete is top notch. After looking at the patio around my pool, they declined working on it for a couple of years because the work would not have been high enough quality if they did it when I wanted. So they declined taking money and doing a mediocre job in order to wait and do a better job. This level of honesty and commitment to quality impressed me. Then they did the job and knocked it out of the park!

Josh and his team just completed a huge concrete project in my West Seneca home. The total square footage was nearly 2500. The job consisted of completely blasting of years of old sealer, bringing back the the color, highlighting the borders and then sealing the concrete. Josh and his team worked morning til night, and were meticulous in the care of my property the entire way. I contacted Josh (co-owner) of Real Help Decorative Concrete based on the excellent reviews here on Angie's List. I had my decorative concrete patio in the back yard for 10 years and I must admit I really was amiss in having it sealed on a regular basis. Hence, after 10 years of snow, ice and cleaning it myself every year, I was in need of it being recolored and resealed. Josh came out and explained the process, measured and we made a mutually agreeable appointment to have it recolored and resealed. He and his crew were on time and the job was done in one day for a very reasonable price. The workers were very friendly and very attentive to detail, handbrushing the sealant close to the house so no spray got on the siding or other areas that shouldn't be sealed and colored. I am very pleased with the job Josh and his crew did and will definitely have them back in a timely manner to reseal my patio on a regular basis. I highly recommend them. Alex never responded to my numerous texts. Very depressing. The work crew was friendly and good. They delayed our job constantly. The job was finally completed mid August, our deposit was last November. The final bill came via email ONE day after they declared job done. This company never contacted us to see how well the job looked. They had 3 phone numbers for us and never called to say when they could or couldnt come. They did say the colored stamped concrete would be a few shades off. It is not even in the same color scheme. I am okay with this as I finally have a patio and not a sunken dirt pit that we have been living with. Please just make sure you do not deal with Alex, as he will not respond to you. The patio was 10 x 18'. When the final fellow came to seal the patio, he replied to my complaint of Alex not calling or texting me back, that he also never heard from Alex that weekend. They sure were prompt with that final bill though. I spoke with several different concrete people and they all responded how unprofessional this company was to us. Alex made sure to tell me they did not like driving all the way out to Holland. (End of the world I guess). Not happy Fraunfelders
