EXCEPTIONAL work at an EXCEPTIONAL price!!!! I needed to have them clean while I was at work and they did an exceptional job returned furniture back to its original position -- they even removed the dog urine stains and smells!

It went very well. I am now enjoying the use of my fine rug as a result of their great service.

They were great and got the job done on time.

They were courteous and on time, did the service efficiently. However, I didn't like the way the carpet smelled after. It had a chemical odor to it.

Our technician was Robert, he couldn't have been more polite and respectful. He arrived wilthin a few min of our scheduled app. He asked some questions about the job we contracted for and then got right to work. He answered all our questions knowledgably, He did a wonderful job on our "ancient" carpet, the traffic patterns disappeared and the areas that get lighter use looked like brand new when he finished. Our greatest concern was how much residual moisture there would be. Both Robert and the owner of the company assured us that the carpet would be dry in 6 to 8 hours. Robert recommended that we get some fans going even though it was winter and the windows and doors were closed tight. By Golly, it worked! The carpet WAS dry within the time frame given much to our relief. We are very pleased with services provided by Rainbow International and highly recommend them!

Very well. On time for pick up. Held rugs at plant until we moved. Delivered when we were ready. Readily took 2 rugs back for a 2nd go at it when they still smelled "dank".

I have used Rainbow for a number of years and have always been extremely pleased with the results. Punctual, professional, and thorough. My off-white dining room chairs were very stained, and the tech Robert did an excellent job on them. Would highly recommend.

This is a two unit rental property that I own, and since I live over two hours away, Rainbow agreed to setup the appointment with one of the tenants. Rainbow contacted one of the tenants and setup a time (at the tenants convenience...on a Saturday) to get the job completed. According to my tenants they arrived on time and were very polite. They detailed exactly what they were going to do and accomplished it in a timely manner. The carpets had not been cleaned since they were installed over two years ago. They were stained with coffee, winter snow, mud and salt, and had not been kept up. I had been thinking about replacing the carpet with tile. Rainbow did such a good job that everything looks new again! All the stains are gone! Unbelievable! Wish I had some before and after photos. I will definitely be calling them out annually to maintain these areas. In addition, because the tenants were so impressed with the work, I believe one of the tenants has planned on getting their living room furniture cleaned by them. Finally...a company that gets it right the first time!

Was't actually home at the time my son was , although they did not remove any furniture , cleaned heavy traffic areas very well, and carpet was dry enough to walk on with in hours.

I have always been thrilled with their ability to get rid of stains. I thought I would have to throw away rugs, but they look as good as new. Having a son who spills eveything, I have depended on Rainbow.
