 + -1 moreIt seems to have gone fine. I can access everything again, and it runs faster. I would certainly go back to him, if I need more help.
Description of Work: 'Unblocked' my computer (from a virus), got rid of other virus, malware, etc. and generally 'cleaned' it up. And installed some free malware, etc. programs, for me to use in the future.

 + -1 moreChris recommended a solid state hard drive to replace the damaged one. We purchased thru Amazon and had it in a day and Chris had new hard drive in laptop installed the next day.
Description of Work: Chris replaced the hard drive in our laptop that was acting up. Apparently dropping laptop not good.

Description of Work: Black screen of death. Total crash of hard drive. Chris able to salvage everything and repair hard drive in a matter of a few days. Used progressive in the past with great results. Highly reccommend.
