The 2 young men were professional. They were very good. And they cleaned sll the areas. They were here 6 hrs.every window looks great and well built. We noticed the next day it was alot warmer in the house. The windows are well built. They care about there product. It's family owned. Very happy we went with them Thankyou

Absolutely a better experience than we anticipated. ProEdge is a responsive company, and they know the value of customer service. We will be reaching back out to have them complete our window projects once our addition is completed, and to replace exterior doors.

Our barn window broke and we needed to replace it. I set appointments with a few other companies as well to get the â  best dealâ  . By the time the reps arrived, we had added 12 more windows to the list to be replaced. The reps were professional, knowledgeable, and really pleasant. They took precise measurements, identified issues with our current wood windows, and were very detail oriented. After their presentation we knew we didnâ  t need to see any other companies and even added two more windows to the order (100% pressure free from the repsâ ¦ it was all my own doing). Their company, people, and product are superior. The lifetime warranty is a game changer. Canâ  t wait to see them installed!!

The installers came on time and were totally professional, experienced and worked continuously until the job was done. The triple pane windows are fabulous because compared to our old two pane faulty windows, not only are they solid and beautiful with no wind blowing through, but also the nearby road noise is greatly reduced. We needed to use plastic film to insulate the old windows and when the wind blew the plastic would billow like sails! The new windows make our condo seem like a true home.

He gave us a great price and my favorite part about it is the warranty, which is lifetime. No matter what happens, whether related or accidental glass breakage, they will fix it for free for the lifetime that you are in the house. Thank you Walter!

Very professional from Sales rep. Tara to the installers, who really know what they are doing. I bought 2 storm doors and a slider. Very pleased, I highly recommend the company and the product.

The installers were prompt, they kept the work area neat and clean at all times. They did a very professional job.

After researching multiple other window companyâ s in the area Pro Edge was by far the best option. More expensive than the competition but SO WORTH IT! Their sales colleagues take their time explaining their product, compare them to other windows out there and are patient. The finished product surpassed my expectation! I would recommend Pro Edge Custom Build to anyone!

Bill the manager is amazing. The guy who came to finish and finalize everything was just as amazing. They really go out of their way to make sure everything is right.

Very satisfied. I built my own home that Jason, Eddie and David worked in. Couldn't be happy with there work and the windows. Would highly recommend them.
