Pat was great, replaced the spring, went through all my options and his recommendations, and explained everything. Didn't pressure me to do anything above and beyond fixing the bare minimum today. Went over what could go wrong in the future due to the old age of my garage door. I would hire again.

Technician called day prior and an hour before arrival. Arrived on schedule and performed maintenance work efficiently. Gave thorough explanation of work performed and suggestions for self-maintenance of door and closer. Garage door has been working well since service performed in spite of being 10 - 15 years old. Would recommend them and use again in future.

They were fine. They weren't great. They did the job and left. I needed to get the whole thing fixed. But, their prices were a little expensive. So, I went with another guy. They were quoting me about $1000 for a new garage but I wound up only paying $500 somewhere else. They came at the time they said they were going to come. They were in and out.

It was wonderful. They came within a couple of weeks. There were no additional fees.

Mike diagnosed the problems with the door and advised installing a new over-the- door spring (vs. two ill-tempered springs that never opened at the same rate). The installation went smoothly and I am pleased with the results. Mike was a friendly, professional, no-pressure, very honest guy. It was a pleasure to work with him.

We had our door repaired with Mike from Precision and could not be happier. He was out to give us an estimate within half an hour of calling and completed the work the next morning. He was very nice and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone needing garage door work!

They were very good at installing the new door. Both the sales rep and installers were great and I have no issues with them. The owner's customer service was terrible, I didn't know I was suppose to clean out the garage. When I found out to get it cleaned out, so when I called to reschedule I was told by the owner that because I didn't have the garage ready he was going to keep my door. I asked him what that means several times and he didn't care I had surgery and was having scheduling issues. Later he had someone else call to apologize for him. I guess he was upset at something about his insurance going up and wanted to take it out on me. Everyone else was very nice though.

I was able to speak to Ryan on the phone. I did not need to leave work . Ryan fixed the door, ordered New parts and will be back in 2 weeks to replace the fixed parts with brand new parts .

The service was performed well and quickly. Service technician was polite, sociable and well informed.

The technician, Mike H., showed up on time, explained the service he was performing, completed the work in an efficient manner and demonstrated the finished job to me. He was friendly and professional and clearly well trained and skilled at his job. I scored every question an A, except for responsiveness which I scored a B because I purchased the service using a coupon code deal on Angies List and it was represented that I would be contacted within two business days. After not getting a call, on the fourth day, I called them and from there everything was great. I would definitely use Precision Door Service again and will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Precision was the third bid I solicited. I was aware that there were some difficult conditions related to the replacement of one of my garage doors and I was wary of the lack of attention the two previous bidders gave to my concerns. When I pushed their estimator for details he was unable to provide, he asked me to give him an hour for his lead installer to review the job site. As a result, I had confidence that I would end up with a satisfactory job. Three weeks later, and a week earlier than promised, I received a call to set an installation appointment. On the scheduled installation day, I received a phone call telling me that, upon loading the truck, it was discovered that my doors were not the color I had ordered. I have no reason not to believe that the manufacturer made an error, Nevertheless, I received effusive apologies and an offer to upgrade the hardware and extend the warrantee. The next call I got was after the replacement doors had been received and inspected. It was clear that they were appropriately embarrassed by the mishap and wanted to avoid a occurrence. On the scheduled day, the installers arrived precisely on time. The door I had been concerned about was a problem, due to extremely limited headroom exacerbated by an out-of-square and out-of-plumb old garage. A lot of unanticipated time and effort was expended to modify the door tracks to provide a proper installation. The other door's installation was uneventful until it came to hooking up my existing door opener. It didn't work and the installers attempted to fix it until I insisted that it wasn't their problem. Nothing the installers did would have affected the operator. I subsequently came to the conclusion that the operating issues I blamed on one of the old doors was really the result of a long-faulty door operator (not that the door didn't need replacement for other reasons_. So, in summary, Precision Door responded to my pre-purchase concerns in the best possible way, did their best to respond to a manufacturing glitch and expended what I estimate to be an additional full man-day accommodating unanticipated conditions without any additional charge. Oh, they also did a great job and were a pleasure to deal with. I'm very satisfied with their performance and would surely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Mike H called to let me know that he was on the way, was on time and knowledgeable. He pointed out some deficiencies in the system, and made recommendations based on the age of the door and mechanisms for further service, but I did not feel at any time that he was being pushy or just trying for the extra sale. While I was not in a position to do all repairs that day, I will be calling for further service soon.

$89 was a special deal for the rollers. they recommended more work-tracks, springs, etc, but the cost was too high. I have since had that work done by another company for a much more reasonable price and it was done well.

It went well and the instillation I would give A and the product is an A. The work men did good work. The price was comparable. They were punctual and they worked in freezing cold weather. I like it so much better than what I had originally. The y cleared everything away and cleaned up well.

The rep was punctual and friendly and cleaned up everything. All seemed to go fine but there was such an effort for an upsell that I felt like something will happen to my perfectly fine garage door in the near future. The rep was helpful but tried to talk me into replacing springs and all kinds of things on my door that I do not believe were really a problem (at least they were not a problem before he touched the door). Everything would have been great but I just get my back up when I hire a contractor for one job and then it becomes a lot more. I understand that happens some times but I don't feel like it was warranted here.

I purchased a big deal for a garage door tune up. I spoke with them over the phone and let them know that the wire had come off the rollers, and they said the tune up would cover that. When the technician came out, he said he would have to take the whole thing apart in order to fix it. He quoted me $490 and told me that he couldn't guarntee the work, but if I purchased a whole new door for $1100, then he could guarantee it. I did not have him do any work, and called another company after he left, who was able to fix the problem in 15 minutes, and charged me less than the cost of the big deal I had purchased with Precision.

This is what it looks like when your expectations are exceeded by reality. One of our garage door springs broke in the morning. At around noon I called and, through a very pleasant and professional receptionist/ scheduler, we were able to have someone come out that day. We were given a 5 to 9 pm service window and Pat M. showed up around 630. My wife couldn't say enough nice things about Pat and the service he provided. He examined our door and explained in a very professional and considerate way how he would suggest replacing both spring sets rather than just one and why replacing the center bearing was also a good idea at the time. This didn't feel like an "upsell" or a way to squeeze more money out of us. His demeanour and approach was in the spirit of looking out for our best interests and thoughtfully educating us on a product we really don't know anything about. By looking at other reviews i was able to figure out what the price might be and the final price landed right where I had thought would be fair. We were extremely satisfied with the service we received and with the individuals representing this company. This was as painless and straightforward as possible. We would definitely use Precision Door Service again.
