Description of Work: One of two garage doors was sticking in cold weather. They diagnosed that rollers were shot and jamming, "load limit" circuit needed adjusted. I had them replace rollers, cables, springs on both doors, adjust and balance both doors. Also gave me some maintenance hints. This old steel plant electrician learned a lot just by watching. First guy called in another team, so work went very quickly and efficiently. I later downloaded and printed out Genie service manual. No further problems, all in all a good job.

Description of Work: GARAGE DOOR NOT WORKING. THEY INSPECTED AND REPLACED THE ROLLERS, ADJUSTED THE SPRING, LUBRICATED THE HINGES, AND SUGGESTED A NEW MOTOR. WE DECLINED ON A NEW MOTOR FOR NOW. SERVICE WAS DONE WELL IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME.

Description of Work: Replaced two springs with a ten year warranty for the springs. Replaced rollers also. The service man was punctual, extremely neat and professional. He also suggested things we did not know about our door. We have a very heavy wooden door and he suggested replacing two springs instead of one. This made sense because we were replacing one or the other spring every 2-3 years. However we did have a coupon from group on which brought the price down below 500.00. But even without the coupon, his services were well worth it! Precision will be our repair and install contractor for our home and all our other properties from now on!
