Description of Work: Replaced rollers and did rebuild pkg.with powdercoated torsion spring,brackets,new cables,center bearings, and bearing end plates and center |plates with lifetime warranty on parts and labor. They also added a $69 service call fee which was unwarranted since they were here for the prepaid roller offer. It took a month but finally got the service fee refunded.

Description of Work: Precision was great, they turned up on time, took a look at the door and explained that the service I had purchased wouldn't solve the issue and suggested I ask for a refund and look at a different option. I was very impressed with the company.

Description of Work: Replaced rollers in garage door. Tried to hard sell me springs for another $550 that day. Had no previous problems with the door. Since then my garage door does not close without a hassle. The opener sensors were on the rails were adjusted and I tried to put them back as they were prior to the roller replacement service. Apparently I can't get them quite right so now I have to try closing the door two or three or more times before it finally closes. It starts to close, stops, opens, I press the button to close repeat then it finally closes. It isn't right. Thank you Precision!

The only thing I wish is that I had waited a month and gotten the deal for $89 rather than the $100 I paid. | |I would completely recommend this company for any garage door work that needs to be completed.

Description of Work: Called Precision after old (20+) opener gave up the ghost. The technician arrived by the time promised and had all the equipment needed to complete the service call. I opted for their brand PDS-800 which had a better warranty. During door inspection tech, Robert D., found a broken hinge that I had no idea about. I decided to replace the rollers during this visit. Robert shared a lot of maintenance tips with me and we had a good conversation during the install. The new opener is so much smoother during operation that I am sure the garage door has had its life extended. Could I have found a company to do the work for less, probably, but I do not know that I would have been as confident in and satisfied with the equipment or the service.
